What you have to master: 1. How to process speakers that go more than 200 words a minute (Chile, Majorca and lots of other places). 2. How to find word boundaries in a long stream of sounds. 3. How to put back apparently missing sounds like s at the end of words and common vowels between two words, the famous, ¿queso? o ¿qué es eso? problem.
I also believe I would benefit greatly with the test you mention. i would like to say I have been through the challenge and I'm still learning the 100 words.
Since we don't get subtitles for real life conversations.......you made me laugh; that's exactly what I been thinking during learning Spanish the past year
I am ready for your tips for finding my perfect Spanish level. Can you send me the test you mention in this video please. I am in your one month class currently
I did the Spanish in one month and it was very helpful and I know more vocab that in those lessons but I take a long time conjugating and comprehending a lot of- what do you suggest for books or listening?
You can take a listening test using the video below. Send us your results to receive some listening practice at your level! ua-cam.com/video/erNMaQfAyto/v-deo.html
What can I do when I’m always exposed to Spanish that is above my level that I cannot understand? My boyfriends family only speaks Spanish and I understand a lot more than I used to but it is still at the point where sometimes my brain tunes it out as nonsense or I feel the jolt of stress and discouragement from not understanding.
I know what you mean i always surrounded by people who speak Spanish It can be discouraging. The way I deal with it is to remember what all I can understand and look back on how far i have come. That can be very exciting,It is for me but I don't know if it work for you. I just thought it might help
I join the Spanish in one month challenge and is definitely worth the 20 bucks but i would like to get tips without the advertising and saying why it is important. I Also want the test. I've listened to almost all your dialogues on your podcast not sure if I actually know the words in it but i beleave i can understand all but the last dialog. I listen to it too many times; so it is hard to tell if I actually know the words or just what they're supposed to say. I want to go as far as I can with the free stuff and then tring the coaching when I get done. The problem with coaching is that I don't want the talking or phone call it is impractical for me to use. I'm up at all different time of hours and never know when I want to practice this makes joining a buddy in the challenge impossible also.
Agreed! We do give all our info away for free as DJ says. So don't fall for paying anyone for an info course on study hacks - it's all online for free. (The only thing that we personally charge for is language coaching, which is obviously never free.)
I’m so glad I found this channel
