watching your vids stoned and drunk af ,best thing ever. Its about five an a half AM, here in Greece, just came back from club, sit about an hour or so with my cat sleeping on me,now im ready to sleep too .Good job with this thingy you have going on there :P
I'm actually the most impressed by that first little speaker and how much it hung on for. I have the 6,25'' version of those JBL GX in my car and they're actually amazingly good for their price and size, too bad to see they don't hold up to abuse that long ;)
You could put a new cone on the Logitech, make it look better than before and maybe upgrade the magnet to a deeper one so it doesn’t bottom out. You can make some impressive projects on this
@@RioPutra_just that spending money without doing anything to upgrade a speaker would be less fun than buying parts for a lot less money and actually starting a fun DIy project.
@@seikojason good speaker drivers are still cheap, i got 2 10” DD audio 510 for £65 each or $80. im sure you could get a sub with better quality than the logitech sub for $40. GRS 8SW4HE comes to mind for budget
Hello, i'm been watching your videos you are doing really good! And wondering if u can give me an advice ^^ i'm driving a e39 sedan and tried quite a lot to have a good quality sound but still want go more and don't have any ideas. I want something like bmw f10 sound with an logic 7 without a sub with a big box. Ofc it can be but i want just deep bass from it with no chatter and courting sound. I tried 10" with a box and 2pairs of 8" on port less and ported box with good liters and all but still nothing i would admire... The main thing is the sub with a box have specific sound i don't like that cranking and boxing it feels like you hear nothing apart that sub goes wild... And I'm thinking to have a dsp or something to boost my signal output I'm using apple music and my btr 30 pro is outputting 3vrms. But I'm thinking if it makes any difference. Ofc i can use the apple inside eq to make a changes... In front everything is fine but i want a little more bass i have using the 2x speekers 7103BS EVR 7x10 70rms the heaviest i found. I like the bass of it but i need to change it to something better but don't see anything in a market... And don't want to have big subwoofer inside my trunk of its sound. Those ellipses is easy to drive they have a soft bass of sound. I want something similar but more powerful.. I have: Media device: fiio btr 30 pro (from phone Bluetooth straight to amp) Amp: Helix m four Front door: Focals 165 as + four tweeters (installed an adapter from standard 5" to 6,5") Back: 2x ellipses 7103BS EVR 7x10 in the back cut the holes true the trunk on sedan back window (on low pass filter) Any advice? Thanks! P.s my ellipses are not in the boxes they just using space of the trunk like a box for it. I don't know if it would change. But i would like to have more feel of bass like shakiness in the front seat
maybe just use more 7x10 in the rear with more amplifiers? I know you don't want a box, but sometimes it is simpler just to add a subwoofer with a big amp because they will give the bass you are after.
@@MyStonerMind420 you meen use 4x of these 7x10 ? So i would get more feel of bass? What 6x9 of speekers you liked the most for a bass sound? What if i use that in a 7x10 box ?
yeah that is what I mean, use 4x to get more bass. 6x9 or 7x10 are not really designed for subwoofer frequency bass, I have used a few in the past but really they are not match to a subwoofer. Putting them in a box is not ideal because they are made to use the large space in the boot/trunk of the car, you would get more higher frequency bass but not low frequency.
@@MyStonerMind420 interesting... but i tryed alot of these 8" 10" 12" subwoofers and nothing sounded good on my bmw sedan e39... maybe i tryed the cheap ones... what kind of subwofer type or brand would you recomend for soft bass?

That Logitech be holdin on!
lol
Compared to 'brand' subs like the KRK or VIBE..it be holdin' on like a rockclimber
back when logitech made really good subs and thez could survive a lot of things
I really like this one and I think I am going to be generous 😌

The Logitech sub looked cute
I hope your okay bro, you haven’t posted in a month now
would it be worth upgrading from the logitech z623 to the z5500?
Did you do it? How much better
I’d love to see you high pass some music to like 500 hz and send the full crown power into some small speakers and blow them with midrange
that Logitech can handle some power and make a lot of noise

You are better off getting a whole new speaker if you want to change the magnet and a cone
@@RioPutra_just that spending money without doing anything to upgrade a speaker would be less fun than buying parts for a lot less money and actually starting a fun DIy project.
@@seikojasonits probably the same price to get a whole new sub driver and also a hell of a lot better performing
@@iGPR3 is it? Usually fixing a speaker is less than $40

Missed you Stony. 🤙🤙🤙
it has been a while since you posted now where have you been?
Can you try to overpower altec lansing hydrashock
dude I can't believe I haven't watched you for like 40 days or something like that 😐
Is that a JBL Charge 3 driver? What did that come out of? It took quite a bearing & for that it deserved to live
can you try the logitech z333 speakers? i heard they have awesome bass for the price and i want to hear what you have to say abt them :))
I have a set, if ur thinking of getting them just do it you won't be disappointed
I had the z337 for a year before I gave it to my brother , decent bass but kinda shit sound quality , if you are a basshead then it's suited for you
That was very painful to watch yet very entertaining. Bravo
Do you have a review of that amp? Thank you!
Nice!
