- Driving the all-new BMW 4 Series by Night in Berlin-City. Switching between the harmonious interior ambient colors and testing the so called "Caring Car" feature while driving / being stuck in traffic 🚨
Here you can choose between "Vitalize" (to be energized) and "Relax" to get into a relaxed atmosphere. Therefor the car activates a preset which will adjust settings for climate, interior ambient lighting, audio/volume and seats (heating/cooling) while playing music in order to get you into the right mood ✨
At least a fun feature to have 🙃 The Caring Car feature most of us probably know from the luxury segment (BMW 7 / 8 Series) .. now it's available in THE 4.

I personally love the new 4 series design! Your videos always have such a great quality ✨👍🏼
Me too! Very sporty and elegant design. Thanks! :)
Very nice views and drive ! Test drove a 420d the other day and very tempted to consider it as my next car .. however a bit hesitant as the engine seemed a bit underpowered for my taste ...asides that a stunning car
I totally know what you mean! The 420d definitely could use more power. I remember driving the previous 120d (F20) and this one felt much more powerful 🚀
Often new cars are hesitant with the power and get a bit "punchier" as the milage goes up, maybe the 420d will get better later :D But in summary the new 4 series is a great car in my opinion and veeeery smooth to drive ✨
@@korlife A bit of an update. Got the car as a loan for 4 days and went right ahead and ordered it after that. Currently waiting for it !! Extremely smooth and enjoyable ride which you can appreciate given time in it !!
Wow nice! Congrats on your new BMW 4 series ✨🥂 Yes, it‘s absolutely smooth to drive 👍🏼 so you went for the 420d finally 🙌🏼
Just curious..where did you get the car for 4 days to test drive? In Berlin/Germany they won‘t give you any car because of the lockdown 😅😏
@@korlife here in Greece local dealers are a bit more relaxed ! Thank you so much ! Indeed went for the 420D. It’s a step down from my Mini JCW in terms of power but a massive step up in terms of comfort and luxury .. really enjoyed it to be honest .. found that the more I drove it the more I enjoyed it !!
I wish they kept the manual transmission
yeah! Sadly only the M4 comes with a manual transmission option
I currently drive a 320d and it's fantastic, was thinking of getting this 420d but sadly they only have 420i and 440i in New Zealand
Interesting that the 420d isn’t available in NZ 🧐 Didn’t know that! Well then go for the 440i 💥🚀🥳🙃
The 420d is amazingly (and surprisingly) smooth to drive ✨👍🏼
Or what about the other BMW models? None available with the a diesel?
I was thinking to get an 4 series F32 gen after I finish college, but given the time I'll be finishing college, I think that a 2021 bmw 4 series or newer may be a better option. I know its still maybe 3 years before I finish college, but I'm a pretty stubborn guy. I've looked at all my options and I can't find anything that matches the 4 series in terms of performance and design of the car. I'm currently saving up as much as I can. When I'm not studying, I'm working at a car wash to save up. When I want something, I go to all lengths possible to make that happen.

Do you think that, for bumpy roads, would be more comfortable with standard suspensions or with the M package + adaptive suspensions?
The 4 series I‘ve driven was pretty smooth and it has the adaptive suspension. But I can‘t compare it to an other model with standard suspension. But from other car manufacturer I know that the adaptive suspension in most cases are much more comfortable than the standard.
no iconic engin sound on 420d..?
diesel sound 😅
💯
