Day 2 【挑战: 直播100天，早上5点起床】读书、运动、冥想 Reading, Exercising, Meditating

我相信，专注与坚持可获奇迹。没有不可能的事，只有思维转换不了和意识想象不到的事；没有做不到的事，只有功夫不到家而半途而废的事。所以我在UA-cam上直播我想坚持的三件事，读英语，做操、做冥想。我先定个小目标，至少坚持100天，不断进步，不断优化。我是从2024年7月4日开始的，到10月15日左右就可以达到100天。希望大家和我一起见证专注和坚持的力量。
I believe that focus and perseverance can create miracles. There is nothing impossible, only things that our minds haven't transformed or imagined; there is nothing we can't do, only things that we give up on due to lack of effort. I have set a small goal for myself to persist for at least 100 days, continuously improving and optimizing. I started on July 4, 2024, and around October 15, I will have reached 100 days.
