hi jennifer! you showed a rental property to my wife and i (we’re the young couple from new jersey) a few weeks ago and will be all settled in chesapeake by the end of april. we can’t wait to get down there and just want to say thank you for taking the time to show the property to us! when we are ready to buy our first home we will keep you in mind for sure.
I'm moving here from a major northeastern city. The fact that a 30 minute commute is considered bad is the craziest part of this video, it's taken me 2 hours to drive 17 miles before. I can't wait to move
Haha, it's all about perspective isn't it? You'd be surprised by home many want a commute 15-25 minutes max. Reach out if we can be of assistance for your move! Wish you all the best!
I invite you to come to Brazil and see such horrible things we have to deal everyday. Lack of security on the streets, at home, at schools, very low minimum salary, food prices very high, Public University are free, but only the rich kids have access, the health system would be good, but there aren't enough doctors and nurses, so the lines are very long, lots of people die on the streets waiting for their turn. Educational system is really bad. Teachers undergratuated, classes crowded of kids..... So, Anything negative you tell me about USA is relevant. Here we do not live, we survive.
Hey, my name is Danielle I’m a single parent looking to move to Virginia Beach or Chesapeake my main concern is the school down there how are the school down there
Hi Danielle! We have some great school districts in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach alike. Happy to discuss more with you, feel free to email me at sjennifer@remax.net and we can set up a time to discuss further. Always happy to answer any questions! I'm a mama of two high schoolers, so I can totally relate to your concern.
Great Bridge and Hickory in Chesapeake, Salem and First Colonial for Virginia Beach, the areas around these school zones are very nice. I went to Salem High school myself
Why are cutting down Virginia Beach, you must hate there. The state of Virginia know for a lot taxes ,tolls. That why I moved away . Military families stay away from HAMPTON ROADS. They we RIP you off. I know. No restate agents tells you the truth about the area. I agree with Matt Norman. 100%. Please let me know what you think and people who live there. Thank you
I love it here! Born here came back here to raise my family. Lots of things to do in the state of Virginia. Parks, nature, blue ridge mountains, beaches, history, Richmond, VA, NOVA DC area, the Washington Football team, the list can go on forever.
@@teresaschneider6726 Sorry you feel that way but military families are every where in Hampton Roads. There is not one school that does not have military kids in it.

That sucks...brazil should be improving in several decades but south America has some of the worst corruption in the world. Its holding you guys up.
From California I’m wondering about connecting to other locations within the Chesapeake aBay area. I’m fascinated by the CB.
Why leave California. Traitor

Can I move here have 3 kids. How is school.
We have great schools throughout our area!
I cant move there anymore, sadly my cat had a seizure and the local vet is the only one who can help my cat
I don’t know...they represent you on the phone. Ask the Fire Department...but there’s no proof
Those huge Godey mansion style homes don’t belong in Chesapeake.
How the Heck is our Hometown atmosphere a Con? That should be Pro #1
BORING....
Nobody is coming there
That's true.. Mainly because they haven't changed almost anything in 20 years plus

Fr, I had to move there bc of my dads work. The only con is that it’s only like an hour form Williamsburg
