I'm going to Aldi this weekend to get some prawns and some pigs in blankets which I love at Christmas.

There's loads of Christmas stuff in there. The freezers are full of party foods and not too badly priced. If you're like me you'll come out with lots more! 😂
      Thank you for watching 😊

My Mum decorates the downstairs loo every year at Christmas with festive hand-wash and festive loo roll.

I like your mum's christmas spirit. I've not had the festive loo roll for a few years, but I always have the hand-wash. I've got some left from last year so I won't have to buy it this year. Thank you for watching 😊

There's a lot of good deals on pop at the moment, and some decent size packs. I'm not a pop drinker but Dean is, and like you say they're handy when you have someone coming round or staying. The turkey and tinsel holiday sounds nice. It'll be a lovely break for you before Christmas.
      Thank you for watching 😊

Hello Maria, You would be very surprised what people find interesting, I would love to have a look in the freezer , I wouldn't find it boring at all... There's nothing like having a " bit of a nose" ! 🤣 I'm always rearranging my and my friends freezer, just seeing what we got, making an inventory , checking available space and then meal planning....

It's not nosy, it's inspirational! 😂 I think I should do an inventory whilst I'm going through vlogging it. I'm always asking Dean have we got such and such in the freezer, then we have to pull everything out to check. It'd be so much easier if I made an inventory! Thank you for watching 😊

    Hi Maria,
I still can’t get over the difference in food prices. We get 8 hamburger patties for $17.99 or roughly £8.00 for you. Our Clementine oranges are $4.99 for a bag the size of yours. Your £82.00 grocery haul would cost me well over$250.00. 😭

That's crazy! We think things are too expensive here, I'm not so sure now. Is everything priced as high, or just food?
      Thank you for watching 😊

Food and dairy are a terrible price. $9.99 for a pound of butter in town. $5.69 if I drive to our closest city. Everything is more expensive, but food prices have gone up the most. Millions more are having to use the food banks, yet the big food conglomerates are taking in record profits. Something is terribly wrong!

@@judith4985There's a lot of food banks in my local towns, yet shops are throwing away huge amounts of unsold fresh products just because the sell by date is up. It's crazy because there's nothing wrong with the food.
