We were in Málaga over NYE until Epiphany 6th Jan. It's really amazing how wonderful the weather is in the middle of winter. It reached 24 degrees. Only the last couple of days were colder 13-15 degrees. However, coming back to London was even colder 5 degrees 😅 Málaga is such a beautiful and laid-back city. It's definitely worth a visit, along with other parts of Andalucía. It's so well connected!
It’s generally mild in winter, warm in comparison with the UK. Jumper or light coat during the day in the shade but if you find a spot out of the breeze but in the sun it can be sunbathing time. Coat scarf and gloves in the evening.
One of the best ways to see the Costa Del Sol and most inexpensive is actually fly to Malaga...and..and hire a campervan. They are very reasonable. Some are 4 berth as well.Self catering as well as mobility. Looking at it myself, F/night at least.
I came back from Málaga 2 weeks ago. We stayed for NYE until Epiphany. It is warm in winter there. It was between 21 to 24 degrees during the day. Only the last couple of days the temperatures dropped to 13-15 degrees during the day. Mid 20s in Dec/Jan is definitely warm.
I suppose it depends where you're coming from. If leaving Florida you're going to feel it cool but leaving the NE of Scotland as I am it's going to feel uncomfortable hot for me. I like to vacation in Norway... Iceland 😂😂😂 can't stand the heat but hubby loves it so this vacation is for him... I will be suffering 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Thanks for this useful video, we are planning to visit in December. How long did you stay in Málaga? And did you split your stay among different cities of Andalucia or visited them from Málaga?
Hey yes for this trip we spent a couple of nights in different cities, Malaga -> Ronda -> Marbella and finally visiting Gibraltar before returning to UK. This video might also help incase not seen already :) - ua-cam.com/video/7bN39VdjUwI/v-deo.html Hope you have an excellent trip!
Hey! we visited in end of feb/march, sharing link to website we use to check forecast www.accuweather.com/en/es/m%C3%A1laga/306732/january-weather/306732 Hope you have an excellent trip !
Hi there 👋 The main attractions I highly recommend visiting are cathedral, Alcazaba, Castle and Roman theatre, they are quite close by (we walked to all of those), It really depends on how long you want to spend at each site, with few shortcuts you may be able to fit those into one day. Alcazaba, Castle & Roman theatre are very close to each other. These can be done in half a day if you take the bus up to the castle (instead of climbing the hill) and then take the stairs down to Alcazaba & Roman theatre - this will save a lot of time and you will get to see all the main aspects/viewpoints!

I’m going there during the winter period. Can’t wait. Great video 😊
It's not warm in the winter. Mild yes but you will need a jacket most of the day. 18 for a few hours in the day, 10 night is common

Enjoyable and succinct video. (Btw, the cathedral took over 2 centuries, not decades. That would have been quite a feat! 😅)
woops you are right 😅
thanks for catching it and glad you enjoyed the video !

When was this filmed?
Hi - a lot of the footage in this video is from our trip to Malaga between late Feb - early March 🙂
Going on the 15th Feb. Will it be warm?
Hi 👋
It’s usually warm during the day but recommend packing a warm jumper/light-weight jacket for evenings as it gets cooler 😊
Thank you@@brownexpats
How was your winter trip to Malaga in winter? Was it warm enough?
❤❤❤❤❤Wou
3k en route
Or you take bed and breakfast and pay 10-20 a night
Reason n.5: tourists go home
but refugees welcome right?
@@timothymurray1236😂 why are we in the same vidéo at the same moment
So called “influencers “ In other words they can’t contribute to society
They've contributed to my (and many others it seems) understanding of Malaga during the winter time.
