AfriKin celebrates Black History Month each year by saluting 99 Black African icons in their Adult Coloring Book Series The Infinite Colors of AfriKin Vol 1-3 for the family to enjoy.
AfriKin presents this historic collection of bold black-and-white illustrations. We are pleased to share this adult coloring and activity book and hope you enjoy spending time in its pages as much as we've enjoyed creating it.
We designed it to bring out the colorist in you with the right amount of stimulation to keep you occupied. Each page features a person from Continental Africa or the African Diaspora, with a positive and uplifting phrase or saying by the said person that you must figure out you're coloring.
Backgrounds display imagery of animals, geometric shapes, and tribal patterns as well as an array of cultural elements and traditions. These cultural icons add value to the collective voices of the global community. Each respected individual is noted for their dignity, self-reliance, and self-sacrifice in pressing forward.
It is our hope that you'll feel inspired to learn of the accomplishments of each of these great AfriKin Icons while understanding their motivations and passions, which were not just for their respective time periods but for all of us, now and into the future.
