You never really know tbh. Meets don't happen there very often. They are actually pretty rare and usually a secret spread amongst friends. Unless the parking lot is being rented out, if that's the case, then it will be an advertised event on social media.

@vikashraghoenath8732 JDM just refers to the market a car was built for. Everything in Japan is JDM. If you want to go to an underground meet then your best chance is to visit in January when Tokyo Auto Salon happens.

They would need to hold you in jail so you couldn't leave the country, so it's probably more work than they want to do.
