- Children are naturally curious about whatever you are doing. Help your toddlers out by building this useful kitchen helper! This particular design features three adjustable heights to change as your child grows. It's a safe and fun way to get your kids involved in the kitchen.

Building my mother this for Christmas so her granddaughter can help her in the kitchen ❤️
Nice work, Kris! The end result is fantastic, and you have the cutest shop supervisor.
Thanks Jeffrey! She’s a peach.
Great job! Any chance you would be willing to send a photo of your plans/measurements or possibly include it within the video (it was a bit difficult to read the measurements in the video). I’d love to build one for my kiddos!
Thank you!
Love this idea for the grandchildren that come to visit!!
Glad you like it!
👍 I built one for my kids too. Ours is a different design and is taller. I added an extra platform support near the top and it can be used as an extra seat at our tall counter (and still have rails to keep the child safe/contained).
Very cool, and practical too!
LOVE THE MUSIC!!! Love the project.
Thanks R.C.!
What is the music? I also love both!
My son and I built a tower for a friend's toddler. We built it so the cage can be turned (180°) to prevent a younger toddler from climbing down. We built the base as a trapezoid then the sides straight up to allow a closer, The downside to ours was the weight. Always a trade-off. Good work and a great kitchen helper!!
Im definitely looking forwards to using this reference video when i build one for each of my children. Thank you, lovely video, see you again
Thanks for posting, good video and you're a good dad!
Thanks, Mike!
Nice design! Great video!
Thanks, Wes!
Love your helper. ♥️
Me too, thanks! I think I'll keep her ;)
Great idea.. I need one for my 2 year old son and the his little baby bro
Well done, sir!
Thanks!
That is an awesome learning tower I would love to make one for my grandchildren would you have the plans or be willing to part with them keep up the great work
That’s really great! It gives me an idea for a collapsible version since we have a small kitchen. Thanks as always for the project inspiration
Thanks Collin! Glad to offer up some inspiration.
Nice work. I would love to make this for my granddaughter. Would you happen to have a plan for this?. Measurements and pictures. Not so clear in the video. Thank you in advance
I really enjoyed the build. I’ve had a hard time finding time in the shop with my newborn’s arrival. I’d like to build one of these for my niece and soon for my child. Quick question, what made you only use one dowel during glue-up?
Thanks for watching! Good question. I realized that my holes would have been slightly out of alignment when I was working, so I opted to just use one so as to not have to fiddle with forcing two perfectly. After two months of abuse from a 30-lb toddler jumping and climbing on it every day, I can attest that it's plenty strong. Have fun with your build!
Any chance i could have the design measurement for this please? Great job
Glad you liked it. Thanks for watching! I'm afraid that I don't have plans for any of my projects. Be creative, and have fun building!
I love the design! How wide did you make the boards out of the stock you had?
Where do you get your hardwood from? I've been driving down to Kettle Moraine Hardwoods. H & K Woods is closer but has no information on the web and isn't user friendly from the outside at least.
This maple was a gift from a friend, but I tend to buy my nicer stock from Woodcraft up in Appleton.
Just wat he's you build it.... no instructions whatsoever along the way...?
