Every video I've seen has such a beautiful and shiny outcome with these curlers! However.. 130 for 8 is an insane price to expect a consumer to pay when you know most people would need more than 8..

I have thin hair and the clip that we put around the rollers creates not very good looking lines when I take them off… so I have to use my flat iron to make is disappear so I loose all the volume… any tips?

It’s expensive but it’s worth every Penny for me! I don’t care if I have to buy more rollers these truly are special I have the con air rollers and the t3 are my holy grail 🎉

Right? The struggle is real 😆 Some things you might want to test out is to lower your heat setting a level or two when curling your hair. Overheating sometimes makes curls go limp faster. Another tip is to let them cool off properly before raking through with your fingers or brushing. And of course, our Hot Rollers are a great tool to achieve long-lasting curls 😊

There's only 8 rollers that come with it but he's using way more. Are there extra rollers for purchase?

You said you used 13 rollers. Do you heat up 2 sets or replace rollers on heating unit when curling?
Great question Deb. If your hair requires more than 8 rollers we recommend purchasing extra ones that you add to the heating unit as you go.
Mine dropped in minutes can you tell me if you used a pre treatment please?
I just purchased the new T3 it has 2 heat settings. I have fine color treated hair. Should I use the lower heat setting?
We always recommend starting at the lowest setting and working your way up if needed!
I wish t3 hot roller coming out with wider rolls..

Hello there, we're so happy to hear you enjoyed this tutorial. Before using hot rollers, the hair should be shampooed, conditioned, and dried thoroughly. Make sure to apply a heat protectant before picking up your blow- dryer. You can also prep strands with a light misting of a working hairspray. After taking down your set, you can mist on a texturizing spray to give it a rougher, cool finish. Or, if you have dry hair you can use one pump of nourishing hair oil for smoothness through the ends.

I love these and my hair looked great for 30 minutes after use but within an hour the curls come out and hair falls flat. Any tips?
Hi Sairah! We recommend letting the curls cool before releasing and setting the style with your favorite holding spray.
Same this happened to me. They fell out by the time I got to my event. In this video his hair looks almost the same as before. I’m returning them. Not impressed.
I have the set- not enough rollers( just 8). My hair which I would says is course thin-set does not last - maybe hour- then proof it gone😔( to prove point - even this person needs more than the 8 rollers to roll their hair!

I’m sorry but I came there to see how pretty of a curls this rollers would give. After seeing the end result, I think I’ll pass
The size of these rollers are for volume and smoothing not curling but you can purchase smaller rollers for it if you want curls same as using a large barrel curling iron its soft smooth voluminous waves instead of curls. It's a shame that this set isn't customizable upon initial purchase. They need to create sets where you can choose your roller size and not have to purchase separately.
it would be nice starting to see women again for actual tutorials aimed at women. idk just a tad tired of seeing men in dresses with makeup on telling women how to be a woman
