In situations like these, I am reminded that Billie was homeschooled and never got to experience the cabinet of horrors of human behavior known as high school. No way you make it through school thinking all girls are innocent little angels
"Give an ugly guy a chance, thinks he rules the world" Yeah well apparently if you give an edgy emo teen autotune, she thinks she can sing so y'know. Works both ways I guess.
her saying “girls are nice” just shows to me how out of touch she is when the only people who have made nasty comments about my looks were other women i actually considered as friends at the time. girls are mean too. they know how to fuck around with someone’s emotions.
It’s like she’s never seen how girls treat other girls before. Idk if it’s the same with male friendships, but as a girl the amount of toxicity that there sometimes is within female friendships is insane.
@@jase276 Nah, I have a couple of very good friends who were homeschooled and don't think this way (in fact, they're more well-adjusted than many non-homeschooled friends of mine). The reason Billie Eilish thinks like this is because she was raised a celebrity kid. She was surrounded by a bunch of egotistical weirdos growing up, so that's all she knows.
@@spiceforspice3461 I dont blame her. That life she led is full of weirdos, groomers, etc. I would also be hateful if I grew up being forced around by PR managers and a label who's head is some old fat bald guy with a cigar in his mouth and an attitude.
"Girls are nice." Women are some of the most cruel people to one another. Which makes me think she has not been around real world women if it wasn't for her talent.
Well the subjects aren't exactly a whole lot, it's only men and women lmao. And if it were to be a contest, no doubt which of the two are the more cruel and harsh. But yes, all types of people exist.
What’s more interesting is tens of thousands of women were on social media supporting Billie’s comments, they even downvoted the community notes post saying millions of men have body dysphoria. In reality all these women know men can also be insulted for their body, and women aren’t just “nice” and in fact can insult each other. They don’t care about being logically correct, it’s all an emotional lashing out of their victim complexes and just not wanting to feel like men can have a problem.
@@Samuel-vw2wynah that’s not a conspiracy. It’s more than fair to say that this is an emotional lashing out, as we all know how prevalent size shaming is(for example). It’s not even that these women are horrible people. Being super charitable they are hurt women who just want to hurt men. Doesn’t make it right but it does explain it…
someone just put the tail on the donkey, hit the nail on the coffin, hit the nail on the head, hit the target. you indeed were on the nose, on the money, purely on track. right as rain, showing you're as sharp as a needle. like damn, i've never seen someone be so spot on, just dead right. Essentially, I've never seen such a well-articulated, spic and span point on this issue. Very precise. Beautifully crafted, thoughtful explanation. I appreciate fine use of literary abilities. Enough of that, I was just amazed to see someone be so right, it's just truly disheartening how polarized this world has gotten to fit some misaligned agenda that doesn't even account for the truth whatsoever. I mean, in what universe are "women all nice?" Her comments were ironically sexist towards men and women, mostly men. Showcasing her lack of ability to look at others outside of superficial facets, like sex. That won’t manifest itself well if it keeps on in the future. I mean, in a world, a particularly Western sphere, where being sexist and judgmental towards men for simply being born as men with XY chromosomes is normalized to all hell, she's either delusional or living in some fairy land. Pure cognitive dissonance, and it's absolutely immoral and irrational to chalk awful behavior as being relative to gender, let alone one gender. This shouldn't even be an argument, but unfortunately a lot of these modern day feminists and misandrists will do anything to make sure the mainstream pushes ideas against men for whatever arcane, sick reason that doesn't even slightly align with fact or deductively-reasoned observations. Objectivity is a sin and deluded pandering is admirable, what a thought process to have. I just don't get the point in "uplifting women" when the goal should always be to uplift those with decent morals and values that are actually reasonable. Treat those with amazing characteristics right regardless of their gender, properly measure bad character as being what it is and not whom it came from. I absolutely can't stand when people blame particular groups, like men, for every little awful problem and make it a gender thing almost exclusively, like essentially claim it's because of sex. ISTG, why make it a sex thing? Call out problems for what they are, not who they come from? They can't bring themselves to think, the kind of angry, sjw sexists you're referring to: is it a problem because a man is typing heinous insults, or is it a problem because they're heinous insults at a person who just doesn't deserve it? I find that it’s hard from them to immediately rationalize with the latter in the just previously stated dilemma in their heads, it’s easier to project even a gross idealization that it’s a problem with men when instead it’s a problem, period. One that is obviously not exclusive to men at all. Anyone and everyone has the capacity and even the tendency to treat people the way people are often treated online more than offline, with harassment. I've seen and felt my fair share of life experiences and the pendulum is always swinging from one side to another, never stopping, never pandering. If we really wanna talk about gender, growing up as a girl in girl situations like a girl's restroom or a table filled with girls or feminine people, gossip and dissing people in the grossest ways has always been a problem, like omg, it's so normalized among female friend groups and is treated like a fun time to get all the evil shit out of your chest.
Women actually have a more insidious way of being cruel to each other. They'll tell their fat friend "Oh you look great at any size!" while picking at a salad and being a reasonable weight because they don't want competition. Guys on the other hand... "Dude am I fat?" "Bro I know like... 5 fat people and you're 4 of them." We might play rough, but our friends know we actually care enough to call out their mistreatment of themselves.
@@croma4158he has a problem anyway , might as well replace it with another better problem. If you can't strive to improve yourself , you will let down everyone you love anyway and no one wants to be with a man who doesn't care about what his loved ones think.
I disagree with this. Based on my TikTok experience the past couple years and growing a fan base. Men insult other men's looks more when they aren't good looking compared to women. Women can be downright bitches, but this whole men don't insult other men BS is you're spewing is a lie
Is she not the same person who was shaming girls for being with ugly men?…Instantly lost any respect I had for her, gatekeeping this issue to one gender is ridiculous.
I like how she completely overlooks how guys that are shorter, make less money, are quiet, soft, vulnerable and younger are just completely overlooked, devalued and demeaned by women. (Dating-wise)
That's because she doesn't live in reality. She never experienced anything in her life. She's been spoiled since the day she was born. Most people don't even see things like body shaming as an issue because they have more important issues at hand. Her lowest point in her life was someone body shaming her. Not saying it's right, just saying if it comes to being called "fat" or figuring out how you're going to pay your bills because you just lost your job, you do not give a shit about being called fat lol.
As a woman, I really despise how some women act like men have literally no problems; especially considering Billie has went through a lot of body shaming. Beauty standereds impact both genders, so how tf are you going to fight them without adressing how it impacts the whole ass other half of the population?
How the FUCK does someone like Billy go through "body shaming" she has like the most perfect conventionally attractive body and face.... like what? She has absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to "bodyshaming"

Men act like they have no problems even when they're dying inside. The men who ever admit to having problems are just publicly gaslit and shamed anyway. Women act like they're swamped with issues even when society bends over backwards to help them when they're at their lowest. Too fat? Society just says you're healthy at any weight. Too promiscuous to get a stable partner? Society says men are the problem. Too domineering and thin-skinned to be a manager? Society just says that men are "intimidated by powerful women."
“Nobody ever says a thing about men’s bodies” “because girls are nice” - while simultaneously being and doing the opposite of what she’s literally saying
There is no way in hell she meant that women do not criticize others’ bodies. No longer than yesterday i showed a girl named Leanbeefpatty to some of my friend girls, and they all unanimously said that she looked weird. In 98% of the time men will not seriously criticize a woman’s body except if they’re racist, joking, if she’s annoying or if they’re an asshole
She had me at the part where men never really get as much public praise about their body. But every female body type gets praise and acceptance just because women. But to say they only women care about personality and are never superficial is crazy.
Yup. She is just an out of touch teenager. In her worldview being pretty is the end all be all of existence which is the kind of mentality I used to have when I was around 15-16.
Years ago, my sister and I were talking about a really short muscular guy from our school and she said "it doesn't matter how ripped you are, no one will ever love you". Her and I being the same height, I had to say "you realize I'm not that much taller than him right?" Her being my best friend, She paused and realized what she just said was very cruel.
As a bisexual man, I'm this close 👌 to giving up on approaching women and exclusively dating men. Surely there are decent women out there, right? Besides my platonic lady friends and my momma that is, you guys are decent women, if you're reading this, I love and appreciate you ❤️
It doesn’t take much to be a role model these days. Just gotta be decent looking, have an okay singing voice, and be famous, and someone will look up to you.
She literally wrote a song about being the "Bad Guy" where she says she might seduce your dad...yeah such angelic woman. Forget any movie, she might not watch anything, but she has songs, talking about literally being a "bad" girl. These young Hollywood women are having amnesia the more elite they become.
Don’t forget that Billie is low key thicc with a whole bakery and she was shaking it on TikTok for everyone to see while she plays this “Emo” character for her other fans. 😂
Just got back from watching a video of a bunch of women on twitter saying MeatCanyon is ugly, fat, and has a micro peen because he made fun of Taylor Swift. Plenty of women body shame men on the regular with no real justifications.
Don't forget the "Incel". The disturbing thing is that they don't even see it. They don't realize they're judging people on if they're "Available as a partner or not" or if they "have the capacity to please a woman". In other words, when they say "Incel", they don't mean a guy not having a boyfriend...
I watched that video the other day and wow it's crazy the lengths people will go. His video was meant as a joke too and all the "swifties" took it as a personal attack.. also the whole micropeen insult makes no sense, it's literally just up to luck
Im a super short guy, an I have been made fun of for my body my entire life, mostly from girls. even when I was younger, Ive been told that being a short man makes me weak, and unattractive. in high school I was told to my face by a girl that because im short no woman would ever love me, and the best I could ever hope for was a one night stand with a girl, but even so shed have to drop her standards significantly. if you walk into target, or any other clothing store, youll see obese female models, but the male models are still extremely muscular idealized body types. half of the men in gen z are in the gym constantly because they believe theyll never be loved if they dont look a certain way. with women gaining their sexual freedom over the last few decades there has never been more scrutiny over mens bodies.
People who make fun of other people’s bodies are deeply insecure. Looks fade, and if someone is with someone purely because of how they look it’s not going to last a lifetime.
Yep I'm right there with you man. I met a girl while backpacking through Europe and we traveled through 2 countries together over a month before we split off. Obviously my #1 priority was not getting a relationship, she was just a great partner to have while traveling since she never complained about ridiculous things and we shared a lot of the same personality (jokes, calm under pressure and tense situations, etc...we got lost a lot together lol). So anyways at one point I ended up trying to make a move yknow...we were on a mountain side in Italy and the mood was just there, and she kinda freaked and when we had a discussion she really said "I'm really sorry, but I just can't see myself with someone that's shorter than me" (we were literally the same height...). I mean, it hurt in the moment but I moved on, and it happened again and again over the years. I'm 19 now and still have yet to find a relationship. I've heard "you look too immature/young", "you're too short", "idk, you just...look weird" (that hurt the most lmfao). But now that I look back, no one ever commented about ME, like no one said "I just don't like you because you're super loud and annoying" or something like that. It was always something with my body. I can't imagine what it must be like for someone with a deformity or problem. I'm fit, I travel, I work, I study, I feel like I'm normal but I guess I'm hanging around the wrong crowds. At this point I've stopped caring, and I'm actually turned off completely to the point that I don't feel anything around even girls that I would've normally liked. I'm in college now and my friends and I would have fun talking about certain girls in our classes and stuff but I don't even look for them anymore due to the insecurities I've developed from rejection from even the nicest people lmao.
I wish people would stop asking Billie Eilish for her opinion on literally anything. Every time she opens her mouth, she makes herself look stupid and everyone else stupider for having listened to her.
i was at the register swiping my card when the cashier asked if i wanted their chocolate bar special. the 70 year old lady next in line said, "i certainly hope not." so yes, billie, women can be just as bad as men. if fact, towards men id say they are worse. they go for the emotions, men just go for the throat.
Nah women are the WORST to women. I have no idea how she could say that women are nice lmao. I'm thinking she never hung around girls in school/ women. They are fuckin viscious
As a woman, women are NOT all nice. I was bullied severely for 7+ years straight mostly by girls in school for not fitting in. I had some lovely friends, both girls and boys, and I also had some terrible bullies, both girls and boys. And I’ve witnessed some of the downright awful things girls/women will say about boy’s/men’s bodies and appearances, just absolutely ripping them apart; it is a blatant lie to say “girls are all nice”. In every single group of people, there will ALWAYS be kind people, and there will ALWAYS be terrible people. But the only thing you can control is which kind of person you will be.
As someone who's extensively studies women through films such as Mean Girls and... well just Mean Girls, I can confidently say that women are not very nice.
1:52 god I love it when the wannabe mall goth sits there talking about the experiences of the pretty popular girls in high school. Let’s put down the “ugly guys” right? So punk rock man! So rebellious! 😒
The worst bullies I've ever had growing up were all girls. Sure, a male bully might pick a fight with me or whatever, but girls would try an dissect you for all of your shortcomings, and use them against you. There was this one girl that would blackmail me for the smallest things growing up in elementary and even middle school, ranging from me cussing in 2nd grade up to me doing dumb stuff in middle school. I always considered myself a good kid so for me, I didn't want my image to be ruined. What made her even more annoying is that she was the biggest teachers pet, and yet was the most foul-mouthed person outside of the classroom. The worst altercation I've ever had from a male bully however, was a single big fight I ended up in that ended in a stalemate and a black eye. Funny thing is, we're friends now in Highschool.
You know that’s why wingsofredemption and boogie are such beloved body positivity spokespeople everyone looks at their bodies and go:”yup everything looks good here!” Wow women sure do know what they’re talking about I love making huge assumptions about 50% of all people everywhere
"Why is ever pretty girl with a horrible looking man?" Well, by your words you shouldn't really mind if a horrible looking man is hitting on you or you end up being with one because you're not that pretty yourself.
"Girls are nice." *proceeds to say something really not nice. The fact that she can say that men are never judged on their bodies and women aren't judgemental just shows how unempathetic she is and disconnected from the struggles of others, which is pretty typical for someone who grew up rich. I mean, even if she fails as an artist, she'll still have money to fall back on so of course she doesn't know about struggles. She doesn't even have any.
Bruh they're ruthless sometimes. My cousin told me recently told me that I had the body of a little boy and that men only like curves. Like damn im trying to gain weight rn but chill. I'm sorry you went through that though, some women can be really judgemental for no reason
3:11 I'm a women and yeah, women can be super hypocritical. We always talk about "being a girls' girl" and "women need to lift others up" and "women always stand up for each other bc guys won't" and yet the PRIMARY day-to-day issues I experience, especially socially, is from other women. Judging others for what they post on socials, judging strangers for their haircut or their nose shape, Judging women for their job (why are you in STEM? Isn't it gross being around other guys? Why are you in Arts? It's a waste of money etc), being jealous of other women, calling tomboys 'pick me's' (yes there are pick mes out there but the term is overused). Inviting friends out and leaving one person out bc u dont feel like hanging with them. Sneakily organising hangouts when you know someone in the gc is busy. If anything, my guy friends stand up for me and the other women around me and protect us more than the self-righteous hyper-feminist women do. That's not to say that all women are shitty. Of course there are wonderful women out there! But being a bad person isn't unique to women or men. Women can be selfish conniving assholes, and so can men. I've met my fair share of downright disgusting and shameful men, because negative traits aren't determined by gender. I really hate when people say certain traits are specific to men or women. It's just person by person. EDIT: And if I as a women point out another women's bad behavior, they blame the patriarchy or other people around them or even say I'm a jealous pick me instead of taking accountability. When people talk about "girls' girls" on the internet, you can't even point out the hypocrisy because other women will bully and threaten you into silence. It's so frustrating that we can't have more honest conversations with each other about these kind of things to actually progress forward into a more equitable and kind society and shove everything under the rug by chucking PC language and slurs at each other.
1. Billie Eilish talking about anyone's bad looks is hilarious when she has no looks, no talent, and tries to look like each rendition of Harley Quinn simultaneously 2. There's a reason "Sorry, I only date guys 6ft or taller" exists 3. I have female friends that do nothing but look at their so-called "friends" on social media and talk about how ugly they are

"Women are nice" really means "women hate conflict" Because women DO register appearance in selection of men, and there are many other aspects of a man that women look for besides appearance that, if not met, will lead men down a lonely path in life
Its not the standards of women that would be leading men down those. It'd be their own lack of competence. Not saying everybody needs to have a partner to live a good life or that they are incompetent if they don't. But if they want to have one, 4 billion women out there.

Prince was 5’3. Women fantasized about him. I’m 5’10 and I aspire to be like him. It’s not all about height, it’s also about style. How are you supposed to have confidence in yourself if you don’t work on yourself?
Well according to Billie's logic all my years of insecurity as a obese whale of a teen who attracted only insults and disgusted glances from women were all in my head. It turns out every time a girl in my class called me "Mr. Love Handles" it was actually because they were being nice to me. Well if that's the case, and women are all nice, then I wonder what my insecurities of being a living snorlax were even founded from, since ironically I was never insulted by other boys who looked better than me 🤔 But it aight, I'm a stud muffin now. I get all the hunky me- bitches.
Fr women definitely look down on guys who are fat. Her interpretation of a guy who's "fat" is a guy who just as a slight gut but is tall and handsome enough to make up for it. They don't view true fat guys as actual men on their radar
Funny enough, in my experience, it's only been other women who made fun of my appearance. Be it a coworker, a classmate, or even my own family. I think the only time I was ever called ugly by a guy was back in elementary school.
The most body shaming I’ve ever had (and for natural things on women’s bodies like cellulite) has been from other WOMEN. I do agree though women are more judged about their bodies than men but it’s not just from men it’s women too. I can say though also through playing games and listening to men’s conversations that they do talk disgustingly about women’s bodies and it is sad. But women talk bad about men also it’s just an annoying debate thatll never end because in the end of it all it’s just people being shitty and it’s not one sided
Yup basically a waste of time argument since there are so many different kinds of people on any spectrum Better to work together and build eachother up

Women are the most judgmental of us all. There's no contest. They are heartless for the simple reason that a guy shows them affection. I watched a video the other day of some guy sending a recorded message to a girl he cared about and it was genuinely heartfelt, not nice-guy or cringey. She was laughing with her friend the entire time it was playing.
An ugly dude on social media would get more dudes messaging him overtime saying how ugly he is compared to women who would take time out of their day to tell him that... An ugly woman on social media will have lots more men messaging her telling her how ugly she is compared to women who do it as well. Red pill only takes sexist takes that favor the male side, when it's not the full truth
As a man with a handful of close women friends I can say that women ARE NOT nice to each other. Sure if they're talking to each other face to face they're 'nice' but when it comes to being behind closed doors they say the most heinous shit about that same person they were 'nice' to.
This is the fundamental problem with public discussions about gender issues; people ALWAYS wanna talk about which side has it worse. Which side gets objectified more. Which side gets more pressure and expectations put on them. Which side gets called a slur first on 4 chan. Its childish and unnecessary when what issues occur with ANY gender affects the rest of us. So we should pool our efforts to understand one another's pain and solve all of our problems.
Indeed, it’s not a competition, we’re supposed to work together and we were made to complement each other. I can tell you not all men and women are like this, it’s really only young people, and even then there’s a lot (like me and my gf) who understand gender roles and fill them naturally. It’s Leftism and mainly Feminism, they preach tolerance and inclusion, but everything is just division. Then the reactionaries on the Right play straight into it and go way too far in the other direction. It’s the same story we see with race in America, so much division for no reason.

You are overthinking it and making a conspiracy theory tbh
hmm…
no
@@Samuel-vw2wynah that’s not a conspiracy.
“To me.. too women” 1:00
Billie Eilish calling someone ugly is like Lizzo calling someone obese.
Women actually have a more insidious way of being cruel to each other. They'll tell their fat friend "Oh you look great at any size!" while picking at a salad and being a reasonable weight because they don't want competition.
Guys on the other hand...
"Dude am I fat?"
"Bro I know like... 5 fat people and you're 4 of them."

People who make fun of other people’s bodies are deeply insecure. Looks fade, and if someone is with someone purely because of how they look it’s not going to last a lifetime.
Word so true about fat women being celebrated in media while fat men are just ignored or ridiculed on mass

Fr women definitely look down on guys who are fat. Her interpretation of a guy who's "fat" is a guy who just as a slight gut but is tall and handsome enough to make up for it. They don't view true fat guys as actual men on their radar
Acting like girls aren’t the ones judging each other lol
ong they created that problem 💀💀💀
"husky guys are pretty hot to m-, to women"
1:11 so are we not gonna talk abt him abt to say *ME
Funny enough, in my experience, it's only been other women who made fun of my appearance.
Yup basically a waste of time argument since there are so many different kinds of people on any spectrum
Better to work together and build eachother up
You a real one for speaking the truth.
Both sides can be extremely judgmental and shitty.
It’s so unfortunate that we’re seeing more division nowadays
We’re finding out that more and more celebrities either hate men or hate women, that shit fucking sucks because we’re all needed to keep the world spinning y’know?
Every Men and Women has a part to play.
@@user-dl6sk1pn5dthose are kind of people who only live for gossip. They need to be alone without friends and it would be interesting to see them whine about it
Bro women are NOT judged for their bodies more than men lmao get real. You know how many fat men I’ve seen get made fun of? Short men?

Words to live by
Both literally and figuratively XD
“Butt Face Eyelash” I can’t finish the video 😂😂
“Thats a turn off for us- I mean women” 🤣
She thinks she's a looker, but she ain't
like you wouldn't
Many such cases
The only thing that makes shaming people worse is shaming people whilst also being a hypocrite
Fucking love this commentary... will never get tired of it
The more I hear about Billie Eilish’s takes the more I’m convinced she’s a reverse incel
who you know what's proof that women are smarter than men? That femcels like her call themselves "feminists"
Fencel?
“Husky guys are pretty hot to m- to women”.

We almost caught bro lacking at 1:09 💀💀
"husky men are pretty hot to m- women" -diesel 2023
Women are the most judgmental of us all. There's no contest. They are heartless for the simple reason that a guy shows them affection. I watched a video the other day of some guy sending a recorded message to a girl he cared about and it was genuinely heartfelt, not nice-guy or cringey. She was laughing with her friend the entire time it was playing.
Yeah it's hilarious how people say they're the "fairer sex" and that they're nicer than guys. Total BS.
can you link the video or say the title?
Are you sure you're not just insecure?
@@whilhelmcream7352he just stated a opinion based on his experiences so that doesn't make him insecure in anyway
This is the first truly attractive picture I've seen of her --but she still has those I've-poisoned-your-ramen eyes.
As a man with a handful of close women friends I can say that women ARE NOT nice to each other. Sure if they're talking to each other face to face they're 'nice' but when it comes to being behind closed doors they say the most heinous shit about that same person they were 'nice' to.
Just a little disclaimer, and this really should go without saying but you know, the internet... Not all women are like this.
Nah, you're being way too reasonable I hate you
That X profile pic makes this post 100 times better
both sexes are freaking stupid both want to complaina nd one up the other both are pathetic and expect handouts
