Awesome. I am happy to see this kind of engagement. My youth passed off sadly watching the movies of Girish Karnad, Sathyajith ray, Adur gopalakrishnan etc.. dreading the weekends. Atleast now the mindset is changing for good, feeling good with movies like Baahubali and RRR. The highlights of the 80/90's were the Ramayan and Mahabharat serials, atleast was positive & to an extent showed some light on the dark weekends with the national award movies. All the movies where the hero died because of the communist struggle he had with a mill owner & died with a beard, made the youth at that time, question about our future. I think it was a sorry state by which the govt deliberately kept the youth of that time. Teachings of Swami Vivekananda was the only hope at that time. Now we have more youth like Sai Deepak, who could write better history books than the curriculum books we had, where mughals and british period was the longest and largest. The books where Chatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj was called as a mountain rat. No offense to rats. No history books depicted the map of the Maratha empire properly, before the British. Thanks to this time, where all of it is changing and bringing in the best of our Bharat. Great effort.
watch the movies carefully again. i am damn sure you havent watched anyone of them. Satyajit Rai was one of the best dorectors this country ever got. RRR, Bahubali does not even come close ti what he did. ask the actors and directors of these movies like RRR and Bahubali. I am sure they will agree as well
and yes i fully agree that we have not done enough for Hinduism but i will not tolerate if you politicise art in the name of Hinduism - cause that completely defies the very purpose of sanatan dharma

I have some experience to share regarding his observation about Armed Forces as I have served IAF FOR 35 YEARS & retired3in gthe rank of A V M.
NO doubt our Forces are continuation of British Forces, the difference is that we have removed "Royal" from our identity, "Indian" was already there. Our structure, culture ethos etc are inherited from Brits. When I was undergoing trg for Commission, were taught table manners, using cutlery, party etiquette, respecting ladies, respecting seniors, our value system, our credo as exhibited in IMA Dehradoon (Field Marshal Chetwode Motto) are all our culture. One CO of mine had asked us to learn Waltz and Foxtrot (I think , by now even the Brits have given up , I think). However, with all these colonial in inheritance, our forces are truly patriotic and have balanced both Bharatiya Sanskrit with colonial inheritance. Well what example I can give, yes I have one. Late Kadri Gopalnath was a great Saxophonist but produced 100% Karnatic music, or Voilin & Harmonium becoming Our classical music traditions.I also take recourse to our Bedic ethos "आनो भध्राःकृतवो यन्तु विश्वतः " or " फिर भी दिल है हिंदस्तानि" , that is our Forces.

Very respectfully I would strongly disagree to your interpretation of a class existing in Islam. Kindly correct your knowledge of Islam, don’t rely on how Islam is interpreted in india. Ashraf and what else. It has nothing to do with the teachings of Islam and is a purely cultural phenomenon created and inspired from the Hindu ethos, as it exists within the Hindu teaching. Islam as religion is absolutely clear in this..’No Arab has any significance over non Arab, neither a non Arab has any significance over the other; what indeed elevates you is your good deeds and Taqwa only’. All the bidats refered to Islam in sub continent in general and India in particular are only and only reflection of regional cultures predominantly emanating from Hindu religious practices.

Ahhh I'm glad that Tamils are finally using their proper surnames again. I forget the man who crusaded for Hindus to not use their surname based on some shaky logic. Why should v feel that if hijab is not allowed then Hindus cannot display their religious symbols. One point is Hijab and other things are not of Bharatia culture, they are alien. While Hindu symbols are the core of this soil Bharat. That's is. So why allow alien things to be displayed in institutions.
We thought the Govt of the day namely the BJP was sensible enough to understand these things, that was one of the major reasons they even got a clear mandate from the Hindu community at large.
