My favourite exit would be the Promise Land as you just search around until you find a corridor with exit. Level 3999 on the other hand requires you to complete tasks such as kill an entity or something hard. I would avoid trying to exit this way, if at all possible. I would advise anyone in the back rooms to exit through the promised land if they can.

@@ItsMeQuillf I was the creator new rule if anyone escapes the backrooms if they accidentally no clip back after escaping back to reality the first time. Or if said person does it intentionally then it's a permanent stay meaning even with levels with exits back to reality won't work meaning no loop holes but the benefit is the option to become a entity with your own level but at the cost of your soul or option two since it's a permanent stay helping other people but only by giving hints

Funfact: This isn’t the ONLY level that claims it’s a confirmed exit (which it is.) a Level called the “The grave” which apparently sends your soul into this level. (I don’t have too much knowledge on it, so that’s why it might Be odd and confusing.)

I heard that if you spend a year in level 2020 a door will spawn and walking through it will lead to the frontrooms.
So basically just turns into 2021 and you exit the level to the front rooms?

Oddly enough, soon after this posted, all of Quill camera people took it on themselves to "document" these exists in a hurry.
These are all theorized exits the real exit is on level 922337203685477368 (I think spelt it wrong)
Its and infinite staircase if u climb 5000 stairs and jump down u will get back to reality
