yeah I experienced the same. If I remember correctly, that happens only with pitch mod. Its' fine with freq and ring mod. However you can correct the latency with the track delay.

yeah, good technique.. sometimes I use shifter with standart presets, but with minimum value of dry/wet - it gives interesting sound
