Rig Vedh says Brahmins are born from God's mouth, Kshatriya from God's shoulder, Vaishya from thighs, and Shudra from the feets
You cannot change your varna. You have to be born in it. Only way to change it is to do good deeds or bad deeds and be born in another varna. If a shudra does good deeds(Shudra's good deeds will be to serve Brahmin and Kshatriya) he will be born in higher varna in another life, if you are Brahmin, or Kshatriya and do bad deeds then will be born in lower caste or as a lower life form(animals) in another life.
What is a good deed or bad deed? Who is the judge?
