I’m amazed how Tour’s version actually looks better than 8’s. I’m not one to complain about graphics, outside of Toad Circuit, but this is just awful.

It’s always bothered me that Luigi had toad’s voice. Were they really unable to come up with gba voice clips for Luigi or were they just lazy?

They are actually reused voice clips from the Japanese version of Mario Kart 64. That is not Toad's voice, but rather Luigi's original voice.
