i was litterally crying after i came home because in english paper i was unable to attempt 30 marks questions and today i forgot everything in chemistry exam due to anxiety while giving exam iam not able to remember the answer everything just mixed up in my mind and now i am feeling very low and i dont think that i will be able to even score decent marks 🥺🥺🥺

- Subah 8 baje utho aur tayyar ho jao.
- 8:30 se 10:30 tak padhai karo.
- 10:30 se 11 baje tak chhota break lo.
- 11 se 1 baje tak dobara padhai karo.
- 1 baje se 2 baje tak lunch break lo.
- 2 se 4 baje tak phir se padhai karo.
- 4 se 4:30 baje tak chhota break lo.
- 4:30 se 6:30 baje tak aur padhai karo.
- 6:30 se 7 baje tak exercise ya kuch physical activity karo.
- 7 se 8 baje tak dinner ka samay hai.
- 8 se 10 baje tak apne hobbies ya relaxation ke liye time nikalo.
- 10 baje ke baad araam karo aur so jao.
Yeh time table flexible hai, ismein apne comfort ke hisab se adjustments kar sakte ho. Bas focus aur consistency maintain karo, aur success zaroor milegi! All the best guys😊👍
