O my goodness I did not realize this. Yes of course Al Mahdi is only an ordinary human being who happened to be chosen by Allah. He dies not shoot lightning out of his eyes and is not intimidating or snobby. Yes you can say hello and he is probably very lonely and would appreciate greetings hugs and pats on the back. May Allah hasten his return amen.
