I am three months older than Biden, happily tinkering in my garden. The stress of the Presidency is enormous with so much polarization of these times. Biden’s dedicated experience is so evident. I don’t envy the toll on his health.
Biden was born for this moment in time. He was ready when he won in 2020 and he is ready to finish what he came here to do. He's not perfect, but he has gotten us thru alot since taking office.

Here in the US, the greed in the housing market has finally hit the ceiling. Properties aren't moving at all because realtors have priced them so far out of reach that no one can afford to buy (or rent). We will be seeing prices coming down soon. Not a sudden drop to afforability (unfortunately), but a slow steady decrease.
It's a supply and demand issue: a shortage of housing, keeps prices artificially inflated, and cash buyers outbid buyers who to arrange a mortgage.
Also add into the mix, the interest rates. I am already seeing prices come down in price but not significantly. However, I’m speaking of the Portland Oregon market. I don’t know how people are doing it.

People tend to forget that when something happens, like a recession, it’s not just in their own backyard. Generally, it’s global. On Hunter Biden's trial it all comes down to how the jury interprets the word "are" on the ATF form. Are you a drug user, not have you ever been or have you ever used drugs. At the time Hunter was abusing alcohol but not drugs. I think the jury could see this word "are" as reasonable doubt. He has an unrelated tax charge that has yet to be tried. When you said you had to turn the heater off I was confused lol. I forgot it's almost winter in Australia. It was 100 today, 105 yesterday and 107 for the 2 days prior and the overnights in the mid 70's. 😁
Winter is here it starts around June 1 and ends around September 1 when spring arrives with the blossom and flowers blooming.
I pity you trying to sleep with those temps I usually don't like extreme heat. It's tough to deal with. Cool showers always help me and dark rooms to keep heat out Hope you can stay cool

I hadn’t independently delved into her specific training, so calling her a physician was my error. However, she has a well documented education and intelligence - and has worked with her husband’s medical team, not becoming a “physician”, but a directly involved and specifically trained caregiver following guidelines to be sure that his health is properly monitored and calling in medical personnel as appropriate. So, I still see her as caring for her husband’s health and falling into the some of the roles of a “high priestess” energy. Thanks for the reminder to fact-check myself even on details that aren’t central to my main point.
