Hi Tya, awesome video as usual! If possible, Please try to do [Vanguards+Immortals] vs whatever your heart desires. I bet the death count would be impressive.
Vanguards are so insanely op one needs 1000(!) units to kill, and that’s not even quite enough? Alarak is chadder than artanis. Slayer’s phase armor seems to be designed to counter marine and block marauder attacks. Stalker would just get crushed under same condition. T.Mothership still reign supreme in wasting lower-tier units.
you should do team builds, example marine hydra zealot vs stalker tank ling or something but just like 1 of each but other then that like what youve done so far, keep it up!
Phasing armor. It's a passive ability that allows them to be completely invincible to damage for 2 seconds every 5 seconds. Mirages (Karax's phoenixes) and the coop version of Zeratul hero unit have the same passive (though Zeratul's version One With the Shadows is slightly weaker, only making him invincible for 0.5 seconds every 5 seconds).
Artanis really needs to work on his tactics. I mean, even in that last bit, he clearly could've hit all of them with that Lightning Dash, but for some reason didn't. Otherwise, this video really demonstrates how far above regular units the Coop ones are.
Slayer get bonus damage after blink, Stalker gets shield regeneration after blink. Slayer have Phasing Armor upregade (immune to damage for 2 seconds after taking damage - Only once every 5 seconds) And Stalker says "For Sharkuras" :D I say that fully upregaded Slayer is more effective than Stalker, simply because of Phasing Armor and Alarak's P1. It's not heavilu used though, since people are going either Ascendands + Wrathwalkers or mass Destroyers with P3.
Honestly how it went here was insanely in character. Artanis is a beast of a combatant and would easily smash Alarak in 1 on 1 combat, but Alarak being a dirty cheater and proud of it sacrifices his subordinates to gain their power, giving him the strength to turn it around on Artanis at the last minute. It would also make sense for Alarak to have promised Artanis a fair and equal fight of 60 supplicants vs 60 zealots only to show up with 100 supplicants
@@Skullhawk13 They didn't blink away during phasing. They only blinked when their shield was deleted. Thus, they were maximizing the benefit of phasing. Most Slayers after blinking still have several seconds to execute their boosted attack so nothing was waste.
Because he would Deadly Charge right into the middle of the wave and get slaughtered without his units nearby to help. As GiantGrantGames has shown, trap him in a pylon wall and he's actually really good as static defense with his Destruction Wave.

@@Skullhawk13 Yes. Remember, weak units dying around him is Alarak's main gimmick. It would only mean more life and CDR for him. These Zealots wouldn't be able to connect with him for long enough time to deal significant damage before being pushed away with the Destro Wave, providing more fuel.
@@TheHalogen131Alarak's cooldowns only reset when his Sacrifice passive is activated when he drops into low enough HP. Killing spinlots or supplicants on their own gives him HP and shields but doesn't affect his cooldowns, and he only receives 20 HP and 20 shields from non-Sacrifice deaths. And Artanis has a heal of his own, Astral Winds, which heals HP and shields in an AOE and undoes the damage done by Destruction Wave. Considering how close they got once the spinlots aggrod on supplicants and started blending, I think 15 spinlots would absolutely make the difference here.
I love how Artanis and Alarak ignored each other just to attack each other's units
I think Alarak chose to attack soldiers first and Artanis lost because at first seconds he was confused about it
clever, Artanis is hard to kill while Alarak will keep consuming Supplicants and decreasing his ability cooldowns
If Artanis had just finished off the last 2 supplicants before engaging Alarak, I’m sure he had that.
