Loved this vid girl! I haven’t cut coffee completely but I have cut my intake by a lot and never have it on an empty stomach, so I’ve found that it doesn’t make me anxious if I have coffee after eating. Also the cooking with spices made me laugh, I’m Asian so I can’t imagine cooking without spices

3 is a short cut and a personal preference but it is not healthy.Going grocery shopping is good for mental health,routine,exercise and interacting in your community and something that is taken for granted.
I love my coffee and I used to feel jittery after drinking it on empty stomach but no longer this is happening after changing my diet. I used to rely too much on carbs, I was addicted to it and was snacking a lot. Now , I eat a lot less but better foods and my breakfast consists of coffee only and I feel just fine. Also make sure to buy good quality, never drink the instant crap. I actually buy coffee beans and grind them every day, so thy are freshly done. That kind of coffe is the healthiest and tastes the best too. If you can't handle coffee or you don't like it, that's fine too, there is no need to drink it, but I do and I like it. I drink it black with no sugar and sometimes I would add some spices to it like cinnamon or ginger etc. Also, it doesn't really matter that coffee is acidic. Human stomach is super extra acidid anyway ( about 1-3 Ph), it should be that way to kill pathogens and help to digest food. If your stomach acid becomes too alkaline, this is when problems like heartburn start. At the opening of your stomach you have a little "door" and when your stomach acid is too alkaline this door stays opens and stomach acid spills out and causes heartburn. In that case you shouldn't take antiacids as this will make it even worse. So have your coffee if you like it/need it. Going on a healthy diet if you were not eating well in the past is hard enough.Don't make it too hard on yourself as it will be too hard to stick to all of this new healthy lifestyle. Make lifestyle changes slower and you will be more likely to ge used to them and to stick to them for good.

Cold brew is less acidic and easier on your stomach. Much easier to control how strong it is as well.
