Just curious, does anyone like the shootout? I just don’t get why they don’t 3 sets, and lag for break on the 3rd if tied 1 /1 going into it. I do like the idea of short sets, kind of like a tennis match, but 2 sets then shootout is lame
It does change to a 3rd set with a shootout at 3/3 for final 16

not a fan of shoot out.. it's ten ball and the air rack makes it more difficult to make a ball on the break.. wether if its alternate or winners break, safety battles are highly possible

Shoot out is BS it would of sucked if Ko lost for he was up if race to 9 7 to 5 . Shoot Out should be "Banned" from the Sport of Pool "FOREVER" this is not Soccer.
