I have done my 1 to 5 semester in India and have promoted in the 6th semester too but my university will give me provisional and other requirements documents for admission by December 1st week. Uni will take time due to covid19 so can I apply in university with 1 to 4 -semester original mark sheet and 5th have printed copy and 10th +12th original mark sheet. Are these documents enough for getting admission in UK university?

When you come to the UK, you pay what is known as immigration health surcharge. It is a new thing. There was no health surcharge before in 2014. You pay this fee on yearly basis. Say if your visa is of 3 years then you pay 300 £ per year if you are a student and tier 5 category while you pay 400 £ per year for other immigration categories. This is refundable if visa is refused.
When you work in the UK you pay tax and national insurance. There is no tax or national insurance upto first £ 12500 of your income in a financial year.
Treatment in the UK is free. You don't pay anything to the hospital which has treated you. You don't pay anything to see the doctor. Even if you stay in hospital for 1 month, you pay nothing. You pay a small prescription charge to the pharmacist (we call him chemist in India) when you collect your medicine in England. It is free in Scotland and Wales. You don't pay for your medicine when you get it from the chemist.
Yes, you can get /buy health insurance from various providers like aviva, etc. This will only help you get treated fast privately. If you don't register yourself with a doctor then it is very expensive to get private treatment. It can cost 1000 £ per night spent at a hospital. It will be free if you are register. Registration is free. UK's health service is called national health service (NHS).
