When I heard the album I knew I just knew it would sound even better live, I have not been disappointed. I screamed, I cried, and lived vicariously through y’all, I can’t wait to see her again man!🥹🤍
As someone who is disabled with the same conditions as Halsey, please stop comparing them to who they were when they were on past tours. She has some really horrible conditions, and changing clothes is hard when your heart rate shoots up 20-30 beats just bending over or your joints start dislocating because you’re changing so fast and not focusing on stabilizing your body. Obviously she is making it work going on tour, but pushing yourself too hard with these conditions will make things worse and permanent. I guarantee they want to do more but just can’t. Just some food for thought❤️
i was there- a man was hurting pushing, grabbing & shoving people to get to barricade. he was promptly escorted out lol. same dude had tried to cut the whole line to get to the front before we’d even gotten inside.
The Manic tour date I was going to was canceled because of Covid, and I still wish I could’ve seen her on that tour cause it looked phenomenal. I’m sad, because she hasn’t been doing well lately with her health and I hope she’s okay. But, also with tour, with how dark and theatrical the album is, I’m surprised. I know it’s night one and she said she was nervous and “it’ll get more elaborate”. But manic had like 4 or 5 different outfits, and she only wore this one outfit, which was disappointing, I thought she would be in black and gothy outfits, more purposeful and themed to the tour. I know the show I am attending will be amazing and I’m so excited, I just think this wasn’t the entire Halsey experience I thought it would be by how much she was pumping it up.
I was thinking I was going to get a dark show like the Super Bowl Music Fest. More than anything else, I just hope she is OK. This was terrible timing and I have to think that it has affected the production value of the show. Her voice live is still amazing!!
@@fatmakelesss i think she’s gonna start wearing more outfits as the tour goes on, she stated she was very nervous for this one and is gonna start wearing more elaborate things and looks as it goes on BUT what i am worried about are the venues with a late sunset of 9:00pm because performing in broad daylight wouldn’t make any sense for a show like this. I hope she has a plan.
I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't this. Maybe because of the new album and the long form video, I was expecting a very theatrical and dark, go this show.
you have to also cut her some slack, for someone who has been dealing tons and tons of chronic illnesses also being worsened from the pregnancy, she was very intense and energetic.
@@trashythetrashcan9741 Don't get me wrong. From what I saw, she was very good. I just figured the production would have been more like the photographs and videos she put out for the album.
@@gldroz yeah, honestly all i’m worried about are the tour dates with late sunsets such as mine where the sun will set at 9pm that day, so some changes will definitely have to be made because she simply just can’t put on a show like this in broad daylight, wouldn’t make any sense and it would destroy the value of the production.
I don’t why but her performance was not energetic or intimate and the costume felt like no effort. Also, i always though that should would do the intro with Easier Than Lying... I adore her and her music but her performances were better back then...
Her performance not being energetic is probably not a good comment to make when she said just a few days ago that she was diagnosed with several chronic diseases that she’s been suffering from for years, and even more since her pregnancy which left her even more weak, sick and tired. she did a livestream less than a week ago where she had a heart monitor and did not look like she was okay enough to go on tour and yet here she is, and I found her performance quite energetic considering what we know about her health
@@Mandy-bx9dp well, i didn’t know that😳 I saw her Superbowl Show in LA and it was sooo good. After seeing that, the opening show of tour felt less energetic and effortless. However, if there is a problem with her health, it’s understandable.
I’m a huge Halsey fan, but I just saw a show and it was awful. Low-budget, and just gross. The sound was also terrible and apparently she can’t be bothered to play her hits or put some effort in anymore. I think she’s about done.
I totally get she just had a baby, but you’d think after all the years she’s been in the business her vocals and breath support would be better. There doesn’t really seem to be a lot of improvement over all these years.
Are you aware of her ongoing health issues & the fact that she was only JUST diagnosed with SERIOUS diseases (plural)???? She has been in & out of the hospital for months leading up to this tour. It’s incredible that she’s even on stage at all. Besides- you’re just flat out WRONG.
I was there she killed it !!!
even while she was sick

As a UK fan, thank you for the video!
My show is in Mansfield Massachusetts and I’m so excited!
