How to make pizza in IFB microwave with convection mode

- Pizza Recipe in Microwave Convection Oven.
I use IFB Microwave Convection Oven, but the process and recipe remains the same for any brand (LG, Samsung, Onida or Panasonic).
You may refer your Microwave Oven's manual for turning the convection mode ON.
Note: You cannot bake in a Microwave without Convection mode.
Homemade Pizza recipe: Start to end full recipe in hindi. The Pizza was delicious like Domions Pizza yummy.

It was my first time trying to make.a pizza. Thanks it was perfect ... But instead of 8 minutes I did 10 minutes because I like it more cooked and slightly burnt... Thanks a lot. I have become a master chef in front of my wife.
Very well described. I followed the exact same steps and wallah pizza turned out to be gr8. I just moderated time a bit . Kept it 2-3 mins short.

For all those who are struggling to make Dominos style pizza, DON'T USE CONVECTION MODE, use GRILL MODE with high rake, it will bake your pizza exactly as Dominoes does!
I had been struggling with this for a long time when I finally gave a try to Grill mode after continuous bad pizzas from the convection mode and it turned out to be ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!
SO USE GRILL MODE ONLY AND SET TIMER TO 9 MINUTES.

My GE microwave from 2005 finally crapped out. At first ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxO_Bc204MGjxDl87cOKcdgaRhzSqGmv_g I was unsure because I was looking for something with the exact same features. Found it with this one. Interior space cavity was large, but the outside was smaller than my old one. I love the one-button push for 1-6 minutes, and the 30 second add or 30 second start. and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I love how you can adjust the power level during cooking. The reviews said it could not be done, but this marked all the other boxes. and happy to say, it does. I can hit 1 minute start, and change the power level from 10 to 5, 30 seconds in, without interruption. my favorite feature!
Pre heat- convection 200 for 5 min
Reversed Base - Convection 200 for 3min
Cook Convection 200 for 8 min

Thank you so much for the vdo. I was nervous as I was trying it for the first time but it really came out so nice. Just one thing I would like to add is that if you apply butter or ghee on the base before applying pizza sause then it would make the pizza better otherwise it's just perfect.

In Grill/Convention mode on my IFB 23SC3, when I set a timer, say for 10 mins, if I click on stop button just after 2 mins, the microwave stops. But, if I continue till 5 mins, and then try to stop it in between, it continues to operate even with the door open. It will stop rotating, but it continues to heat.
is this normal?
It happens in Convention/Grill/Grill + Microwave/Convention+Microwave modes only.
Standalone Microwave mode works fine.

Hi I have 30SRC1. I can't find manual online for it. I did the same as you but after preheating when I inserted pizza base for 3 minutes and I removed it , it was brown on upside and was hard and I had to throw it then. What went wrong?

You can use a combination of cheddar and mozzarella cheese for best results. I buy both from Amul

Sir, I have ifb sc3 microwave, can we use glass turn plate in convection and grill mode? Does that not break if heated to very high temperature?
No it doesn't because its made of borosil glass 😀
