the goals were EPL quality. Make the goals an inch higher/wider & the fans will have 5 or 6 goal thrillers every week
What a game, best goals I have ever seen in Oz!!
Love Adam Peacock's love for Australian football, however his style of commentary fails deliver when needed. He needs to hype it up a little more. Some of these goals were phenomenal, and the commentary to go with it was poor. Just my opinion.

Glimpses of EPL in AU
Var decisions are questionable as they look at millimetres and not the play. Clearly, on the last nix's goal, there's no advantage for the attackers or impediments for defenders. Even if there's a cm or not, there's intrinsically no advantage gained in that case, it should have been allowed. Excellent game, great performance by both teams. Free to air tv, please let us all enjoy it, not just pay per view.
I agree it should be based on the position/placement of the foot/feet. That's what you score with.
The current law means the officials got it right. But I agree things need to change

Offside counts if any part of the attacker that can score (pretty much everything except arms and hands) is in front of the last defender

@@alexobc Eh from what the rules say I'm pretty sure he was offside due to his shoulder. Though it was extremely close and I feel really bad for all you nix fans (from a wanderers fan btw) still would've been a great match if it wasn't called offside.
