Lovely video. Since you were concerned about the meat in your food, I'll just let you know that it is Sugar (and sugar substitutes) that you should be concerned about instead. It is very addicting (and I should know) and extremely bad for your brain, heart, and everything else inside your skin, plus your skin! So, if you can start one change to improve your long-term health, you could start with cutting out sugar and sugar substitutes (which are worse than sugar). The sugar in fruits is bad enough! Amazing how the scientists can't stop ruining a good time, isn't it?
