b29 was like 40k, tu4 was 73k for almost 3 years, and at a tier where it got shot down almost 10 kilometers away from a base, and when they nerfed its durability, and guns were SUPER sparky
Actually you can, IR missiles can't lock on you if you shut off engines. AA 20 Nord need to be fired at very close range to be effective (so the guy is in danger). Only the Matra R511 is a real threat but I already saw guys shooting them down while attacking them in my vautour.
LOL, of course the Tu-4 is the best bomber in the game, a copy of the B-29 that, by the time it came out, had been far surpassed by newer American bombers that have not been added to Warthunder. The Tu-4 entered service in 1949, by which time the US had also fielded: *1946: B-50 Superfortress - higher altitude, faster B-29 (400mph), the Experimental YB-35 flying wing heavy bomber (400mph, 52,000lb payload) *1947: Pre-operational flights of the B-47 long-range jet bomber (cruised at 40,000 ft at 600mph with a 25K payload), experimental flights of the YB-45 flying wing heavy bomber (500mph, 16,000lb bombs), the XB-48 medium jet bomber (520mpf, 20,000lb payload), the XB-46 long range heavy jet bomber (545mph, 20,000 payload) *1948: The B-36 long range heavy bomber (450mph, 86,000lb payload), the B-45 medium range jet bomber (566mph, 20,000lb payload) Warthunder does have the "Canberra" medium jet bomber for the US, even though it was mostly an export aircraft. It entered service in 1953. Let's see what the US SHOULD have instead: *1952: First flight of the B-52 long range heavy jet bomber (650mph, 50,000ft ceiling, 70,000lb payload), the experimental YB-60 long-range heavy jet bomber (500mph, 72,000lb payload) Following shortly after we have the B-66 medium jet bomber (630mph, 15,000 payload) and the B-58 supersonic long-range jet bomber (1,319mph, 63,000ft ceiling, 19,000lb payload)
@@LastWish90I guess he wants some fun experience on these huge bombers against radar and 30G missiles. Just imagine flying on this huge shit and catching an r27er in your cockpit
I remember when it was 70k
70k repair cost?!?💀💀💀💀
@@UR_REAL_FBI_AGENT yes
Wasn’t the b29 500,000sl at one point?
@@goosegamerau3200no fucking way lol. I remember it being like 43-50k
@@goosegamerau3200 I think that was on the event where you rape Japanese city with only B 29s, I might be wrong tho
Using this thing in ground rb would be a very different experience...

Attack the D point!

Affirmative!
Keep going Munitions!
You can't even go to minus with premium anymore. So not bad. And 14k is also not that bad
Haha imagine when repair for the B-29 and Tu-4 was like 50k SL or more idek anymore but it was hefty.
70k i think

As a TU-4 player I can say that missiles are pain you can't do anything to save yourself

I love to see those when I am in my vautour (intercepteur version)
I can feel their intrusive thoughts from my Tu-4 when they are in my team 😂😅
Was literally just watching the B-29 video
G
It needs to be at least 7.0
7.7 would be better and reduce repair cost
Glorious tu-4 comrade
You won't be paying repair coast if you have premium account so its a win
What music did you use? Great video by the way!
I think it's a hardbass piece made by the artist uamee
Fr 😮😮😅
What was the song you used for this video?
i dont know if im the only one or do bombers just fell under powered?

yeah nice and cool, but how would you balance these huge bombers ?

Why this and jet version is on the same br?
Because the tu4 guns they shred jets
because it's a deathstar, I already had 4 kill games in it and yes it was against jets which were brave enough to face the 23mm guns - and lost.
2:06 usa vs us. Ssr
It's insane how freaking bad this thing is nowadays. It doesn't survive 30 seconds in any gamemode other than sim air.
14k is horrible
The Soviets weren't so original lol
That was the only plane Russians copied like the Chinese. Rest are inspired/self made
