Very cool video! I knew about these Norwegian islands from videos on other channels, but this video of yours helped me to understand more about this Lofoten.😲
Oooooh! Thank you very much; and more! Your video is my exact feeling of these fabulous islands. Beautiful images, good music. Thank you so much. Happy new year to you! And thank you again.
Hey, Gerald I am also planning to visit Lofoten in March I have checked ferry and bus connectivity, currently it's showing the route I am thinking to follow Bodo-Moskenes ferry and stay there for 2 days. Then move to tromso by bus. But are there any chances of bad weather or public transport cancellation that time? And as per your experience, is it fine to visit lofoten in march?
Hi there Hiscam, I also followed the Bodo-Moskenes ferry (and made a reservation for the ferry). I don't know about cancelations when there is bad weather, I wouldn't worry too much about that. For us March was really perfect, because there's still a winter-scene and the daylight hours are about 12 hours, what made us to decide to go in March. 2 Days to explore is a bit short to my opinion, so my advice is to make a plan what you really want to see and get the most out if it! Enjoy! 👍
@@geraldos1965 thanks. An alternate route I am thinking is to reach Narvik via train and then stay in svolvaer for 3 night’s. From svolvaer we can take day tours also. And plus it will be easier to reach tromso from there. What you suggest?
Hey cool! Thanks! I am a photographer and filmmaker at the University Medical Center Groningen, so I'm pretty familar with creating video for work. Outside of work I am mainly a photographer😉
Hello, timely video, as I am booking to go to that area Tromso to Lofoten Islands this coming March 2023.. Did you have any problems flying the drone?? Restrictions, people hassling you etc..?? Thank you for posting this beautiful video..
Hi thnx Mike! 🙏 That's a wonderful prospect! There are some areas you're not allowed to fly (the most beautiful parts of course haha). But there's enough space left to make some really nice footage there! Check this fore the areas with restrictions: www.68north.com/info/drone-photography-on-lofoten/ It's pretty quiet there, you will see mostly photographers there, so don't worry about flying or photographing there as long as you respect the nature and people living there. Good luck mate! 👍
I was literally looking for a video which shows how are the conditions there in March ! And here it is... Many thanks buddy ❤️

My main plan is to have look feel of lofoten. Visit famous reine. And may be take some cruise across Fjords
I'm working Lofoten and must say everyday in Norway I'm missing my country, ... but everyday in my country Im missing Lofoten 😀.
I'm headed there in March 2023 and was wondering what the conditions will be like. Great video!
what were the conditions like? did you do a roadtrip, and if yes, what car did you rent?
@@quantumduo1083 We had clear skies most days. The video is pretty accurate! We rented a Suzuki S-Cross but only drove during the day.
Could you specify what time in March? Like beginning, mid, end? Asking as there is not a lot of snow!
@@user-xg8bn5bb7s We were there mid-March.
Lol i remember you doing some really good photography in flick you were know for that look. Are u into video now??
