I did a few of them over the years. I think they all went the same way. To ease it all electric lubricant from Ambersil. Had a great supply courtesy of the Boss 😉😉
Not sure why, but the outer collar kept getting stuck, making it impossible to twist it on or off. You are right, I should have shown the fault. Thanks for watching 👍

It's not a hard job. Just write down the colour and terminal number as you remove each wire and don't rely on a diagram off the net 👍
