XY Snowbelle City (Re-Orchestrated)

- Holy cow has this been requested a lot, and finally I can deliver. Snowbelle City has possibly my favourite scenery and music in the entire franchise, let alone just X and Y, and when creating this the hardest thing was adding some of my personality to it because I think it's pretty flawless as is. I changed the instrumentation around a fair bit, so it sounded more like a HappyDragonite symphony than a GameFreak We Love Horns symphony. Note the adorable Bergmite. Snowbelle City is everything that Snowpoint couldn't have been thanks to graphical limits, and goddamn if it is not the most beautiful thing ever, with that gorgeous snow fall, the fantastic #BENCHES (hi, Devin), and just the freaking atmosphere. So much love. This is my 201st video, my first XY PokéTunes, and I feel like this song is going to usher in a new era of HappyDragonite, which I'm excited to see myself. Dragoknights, Winter is not done yet-so enjoy some Snowbelle, and let's all cross our fingers for snow.

I just really love Bergmite, don't even ask. I want one as a pet, because look at it, dude. It's like a puppy, but Ice-Type, and it looks like it could kill you with a hatchet like a cat, and we all know I love cats. Shameless self plug: I draw the Bergmites and other dudes on my Tumblr, that you should totally check out...because having 170 followers after three years on a website is sort of embarrassing for me, so just follow me, ya nutty people.
Having listened to the one from the game, I didn't think there would be one another musician could create to paint the visual masterpiece I could view. I'm thankful I came across yours, as yours paints a completely different picture with the same sort of warm, fuzzy feeling. It's simply beautiful, a gentle re-orchestration of an already beloved song from the game. If only I could have the space to write about the masterpiece I see from this one, and if only I could buy this from you to listen to. It's amazingly well done, and I don't think I could ever stop listening to it.
This makes me miss Winter. And it's Summer right now! I'm meant to be enjoying myself lmao - crazy what music does to you sometimes

DPPt's soundtrack is one of my favorites too. Pokemon games really do have great music.
pfff that WAS the best part about that generation. it almost made it forgivable, but the after-game was such a let down. they did the sympathetic Villain better this time compare to Sw/Sh tho. still i want triple battles back

This how I feel How Serena survive such a harsh and cold winter alone when I saw the picture in this video....When I buy the game, I will play as Serena for sure! As Ash told us: Never Give up til It's over! Ash's maturity personality in XYZ also inspires me for my hard working and busy life...The song itself is so beautiful! Thinking of White winter when I was in Canada in Dec 2014 for working HOliday!

Location? Uh, Geosenge Town. I like all the green.
Laverre City. amazing design and one of few actually great songs of XY OST, if not the best.
The entire Area from Route 14 until Snowbelle City. That whole area is beautiful and diverse. In terms of requests, you should do the Anistar City theme. It's so beautiful, and with your talent, I feel that you could only further enhance it.
Not the "Zubat Roost" because there's not enough Zubat. Seriously I love Zubat, it's cute and gets cool as it evolves, so the fact that it took me over half an hour on my first playthrough to find one (had everything else in the cave in 9 minutes including catch time) was nonsense.
So it falls to Anistar City. Looks awesome and has the best location theme in the game.
Snowbelle is a close second though. I may be a Fire guy, but I love winter and the themes are in the last 3 gens the only location themes that actually fit the location and sound like they belong in a Pokémon game.
It's rather disappointing that they just stick the snowy areas in for the sake of putting Pokémon there though. It'd be nice if they actually did something with them.
I'd say Route 17 but it was just an interesting idea not a good one. Like Rhyhorn, riding Mamoswine is a slow hard to control nuisance unlike Skiddo at the ranch.
My favourite town is Snowbelle City but because it's already done how about a Luminose or Laverre town remix?
This songs let me think of myself when I was in Working HOliday in Canada 2 years ago! Dec 2014! I feel the snow around my ski resort (Panorama Ski resort!)

I love Snowbelle City because it's beautiful and magical :3 it also my favorite place to take pictures during the sunset because it gives it an epic effect also there's a cuddly Abomasnow. I have a huge list of X and Y music for you! But I will put a certain track I love so much Emma's Theme please.
I would actually love a huge list, because I have no freaking clue where to begin. So many musics, so little time. Emma's Theme is awesome, so that'll probably happen sometime in the future. Who knows when, but someday for sure.

Hey, I bet you're quite the busy person, but Anistar city's theme song really made some feels especially after that old man... And it would be wonderful to hear a Orchestrated version of it! I love this song as well, and it is by far my favorite in the game.

This is a really nice arrangement, but here are a few things that I think could have been done to improve this arrangement:
-In the beginning, you have the same notes playing over and over again for quite some time. In my opinion, it gets a little boring, so one way I think you could have done to make it a bit more interesting is by using more dynamic variation.
-Also, when those strings come in before the piece starts to pick-up, I think they would have sounded really nice gradually increasing volume instead of just starting at a specific volume.
-I would suggest adding an actual ending to your arrangements instead of just fading them out. That's just another thing that makes things more interesting and unique, in my opinion. You don't actually have to follow this particular piece of advice... I just thought that I would share that with you. XD

The beginning of this track gave me the same feeling of wonder and curiosity that the Halo: Combat Evolved soundtrack did way back when
Oh This is fantastic. It compares nicely with the original and introduces a slightly more magical aspect to it which I cannot put my finger on. And my favourite location in Kalos is Kalos. But seriously it would have to be Route 7. I have spent so much time there: originally to catch Pokemon for the Pokedex when I first started, the Battle Maison to become a Grand Duke, breeding to help complete the Living Dex, and now for IV breeding. Many hours on Route 7

I really enjoyed this piece of music! You really captured the essence of Snowbelle City and released in music. Snowbelle City in my opinion had the best music to it in the whole of Kalos and you have improved it!
But I do have 1 small piece of criticism: At 0:43 I felt as if the brass was played loud enough to make a it powerful. In the game the brass is played much louder than this as makes the song extremely powerful so just a bit of tweaking and this song would be perfect!

Between X&Y, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Link Between Worlds, Mario Kart 7, and the two 3DS Layton games, I assure you it is well worth the $200 for an XL. There's a ton of games coming out in 2014 too that will be awesome, so go for it, dude! I promise you won't be sorry! :D
