the best way to use these is to follow the instructions and not use one lever alone to fit and remove. I follow the instructions to the letter and have never had an issue and find them the best tyre levers I have ever had
Exactly, I have Pablo's levers and even the Kool Stop tire jack, and I need something like this Schwalbe lever right now. Pablo's is sturdy and has great leverage getting some beads on but can't finish the job, and the spoke clip is great for getting a tire off, but I have a bead that keeps popping off when I pull the last bead on and I need levers that clip and hold the bead on either side in place so I can get the last of it on.
That hook/clip that goes onto the rim is great for getting difficult and tight tyres on. If you use 2 clips to hold each side and the third to work on getting the last tight bit over it is like having an extra pair of hands.
Absolutely. It's so easy using all 3 levers. Unlike the video where he put aside the instructions and went straight to using one lever. Not a very fair review really. These are excellent levers if used right.
I am happy normal people came here to tell OP he is using the lever like a retard . There is 3 for a reason if he only checked the back side of the cardboard when he was unpackaging the levers
This would have gone a lot easier if you squeezed the bead all around the tyre and got it into the centre of the rim to get some slack, you know, the proper way to change a tyre.
Yes, its the best lever out there. Anything which makes fitting a Conti GP5000 TL easy is a great lever. These worked where a workshop tyre jack failed. They're in a pack of three for a reason. Use two for removal and three for installation once you get the tyre to the "11 and 1" position. Work for me for everything from a a wire bead 23mm up to a 2.3" tubeless WTB. Genius.
I have popped downhill tires with cushcore and Procore on and off with these things and this dude is complaining about them being too small and flimsy for a simple XC folding tire all the while not even pushing the bead into the rim well on the entire circumference of the wheel. For that tire you don´t even need a tire lever. Just throw it on with your hands. Also, you´re using it wrong. The clip for mounting the tire is intended to clip in place and prevent the bead from popping out of the rim well, not for you to push the bead in.
Crankbrothers has a nice one. It's a single lever, rigid, you grab it with 4 figers like a handle. One side levers the tire out and the other side bites the wheel and installs the tire as you push it. Light and simple.
You should either do one of three things here; 1) Remove this video because it is misinformation, as you were not using the tool correctly, 2) Add a disclaimer up front that you misused the tool, or 3) Simply retitle your video "Examples of How Not to Use the Schwalbe Tire Lever".
practice, practice, practice - one day you will get it done ;) don't know whats your problem, I own these, used correctly they will work very well, your handling looks very awkward
I change tires all day long at work usually using the Park tool TL-1.2 but absolutely did not like the schwalbes. Too much flex and too small of a hook.
@@ChrisEnockson man u didnt follow instructions, with 2 or 3 levers u can do this very easy your presentation is really bad u need practice i have this tool and dont have problem with tight tire,i can off your tire in 15 seconds with 2 levers
At least follow the instructions on the back of the card, the non lever end is to be used as a lock on the rim they don't fall off as you lever the tyre back on, not used for sliding along the rim as you were doing it. it's one of the best design features of this lever. also try hooking the lever on spokes which are facing towards the lever, it will be less likely to fall off. review was a fumbling mess.

🤭Dieses Produkt ist schlicht unbrauchbar. Der Reifenheber ist viel zu breit und zu wenig stabil. Der Reifenwulst kann kaum gefasst werden wenn er etwas straff sitzt. In den Kübel damit.
this is literally the best set of levers I've ever used, i put a new tire on my road bike this morning and it was soooo easy..... delete this vid man you're just acting ignorant 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

lmao exactly, also not started at the valve
I needed 2 but it definitely helped me put the tire back on easier than usual....I like them

The shape (small hook) seems more for road tires, similar to the continental road tire lever.
You obviously didn't follow the instructions. Use all 3 levers - that's what they're there for - it's not rocket science.
Good info ,what would you think will be the best one? or a top 5 tire levers will be great

What is your opinion of the Pedro tire levers?
I like them a lot
What’s a good one ?
Watch my video on every park tool tire lever ever made. There are several good ones there.
@@ChrisEnockson I did thanks bought a Park Tools TL-6.2 - Steel-Core Tyre Lever S
is that swedish name?
My bike shop mechanic raved about these, but for Continental tyres, they are not the best to get off
Speedier Tire Lever is its name

Yea you were using it entirely wrong.

Not a good demo on how to use these levers (or how to dismount a tire in general)...

I would say an opinion on the lever was already in hand prior to filming.

first learn to use it properly then can say whether its good or bad :D
Ok ill figure it out one of these years...
