I'd like to add that you need low ping to dodge effectively. It's hard to overstate how important ping is. Get a 120hz device and move closer to the game's servers in your region and you'll see massive progress. SnakeThug has a significant advantage over other players because he lives in Germany, where EMEA servers are

Bro this video is extremely helpful. And seeing you dodge all those spike shots was really satisfying.
What I wanna know more is the hit box of every projectile/brawler so I can dodge more effectively
4 things you missed:
1. Fingers sleeves help you move much more accurately
2. Making your movement joystick as small as possible so it’s faster to switch left and right
3. How tanks or other big brawlers like Meg do have a bigger hurtbox
4. How ping affects what projectiles hit you (though this could be a whole other video)
1 is a bit true, 2 is very true but 3 and 4 are false
@@nyoom_13 is definitely true. Compare Crow‘s and Frank‘s hitbox.
For #3, I don’t know if it’s true but I have heard that some skins have a bigger hit box than others. For instance, I have heard that the primo skin El brown, the one with the big head, has a bigger hit box than primo’s default skin

i think you are good at teaching brawlstars and would like for you to also try to explain like in general what are good combos, but not just the main 5 like for example poco and tanks, but why 8 bit and a thrower and a sniper is good on bounty, and other combos like why a marksman does or doesn’t work with assassin in duo showdown
Its good to learn how fast some brawlers reload like piper, because then u for example know when to go left instead of right.

another thing to mention is the 60hz to 120hz advantage which is huge due to input delay of touch screen. If you can buy a device with 120hz display, you can do a lot more than without.
I am an 8-bit main, so it might be hard for me, but this will definitely help with other brawlers
Hey snake, love the video and i've been waiting for a guide for a while now. I just have a question, whenever you show gameplay, your joystick moves as if you're on a computer? Idk what that's about, so can you please explain?
These video's can be helpful, but since odging is mostly just reactions, the best guide is to just play a lot until you automatically know how to dodge stuff. A bit like if you fall you automatically try to stop the fall by stepping to the side, and if that doesn't work by catching yourself with your arms.
A point you missed I think is that you wanna try to get in the mind of your enemies. How would they aim? Or better said, how would you aim? Same for aiming. How would you dodge? Or when the match already is going a while, how would the enemy dodge? It's really hard to react in time since the shots sometimes go quite far.
The spike curveball guide was very useful to me, helped me get to mythic II in ranked so I would love to see more to help me with the ranked push 🙏🏻

Should have also mentioned that dodging on a 60hz device is extremely difficult compared to a 120hz device.

please do that full brawler list of dodging and or aiming that you suggested. you could break it up into to parts of 1 with dodging the 2nd with aiming so it doesn’t run to long.

i find it incredibly easy to dodge most dynamikes but unfornately not enough adapt to dodges that well so im left with little experience when it comes to those who can read my dodges
