Well I recently shared a job contact with a friend who later shared the contact with her siblings. Well she didn't get the job but her sister did. She didn't even say "hey by the way my sister got that gig". I didn't want much just a verbal thank you. But I had to find out on a WhatsApp status and I was like haibo this is my previous workplace mos. When I asked she said she forgot 😢 I'm still hurt shame this was around July this year Maybe this is a sign for me to let go..
It’s not a bad thing to expect a thank you, that shows good manners on their part, which is what I also struggled with. But! But rest assured that your assignment was fulfilled as the connector and find joy in the good you were able to be used for in their lives 🫂 ❤️❤️
I remember how you never liked your Hairstyle when you came from the salon.....but you don't have an idea how beautiful you look with those braids my dear❤ thank you this sit down is mind opening
I experienced this very early on in my working life, where i was in a position to help 2 of my home girls by connecting them with jobs and providing accommodation for them at a point in their lives. I learned very quickly that they dont owe me anything at all. I was just a vessel used by TMH in this situation.
