I only came here because I thought the video was called 'Draw My Feet'. And now that I've realised my mistake, I'm sitting here wondering why I even clicked on a video about drawn feet, and I'm contemplating my whole existence.

I'm no artist, but from all the drawing channels I've seen, the skilled ones build up their drawings using lots of short strokes and immediately corrects those they aren't satisfied with. Humans aren't machines :)
They all used a drawing pad (the ones you connect to computers) so it made it easier to draw if that's what you're saying. They also do editing on videos so that might help with their skill of steady hand..
I think they picked out which tweets they could pick together before they started and they just slightly knew what it could be. Because i know that a stick figure face with long hair looks like a girl , but jenna marbles ... They must have known that was one of the possible tweets
