- Surrounded by mature trees in a quiet and established neighbourhood, 9 Broadmead Avenue is a newly renovated Bluffs home that backs onto a wooded ravine overlooking Lake Ontario.
Numerous gardens in the front and back yards are filled with lush greenery and beautiful flowers; the two driveways provide private parking for 5 or more cars; and a detached garage can be used for parking, storage, or handy-man workspace.
Recent upgrades to this home include prewiring for audio and visual hookup; new 200 amp electrical service and new electrical throughout; new plumbing; new heating; new roofing with architectural shingles; as well as being newly insulated and eco-energy audited to maximum efficiency.
The bright, open-concept main floor offers sun-filled living spaces. Emerald teak hardwood is found throughout, and a custom-built granite boulder chalet-style fireplace offers a cozy setting for conversation, reading, or after-work relaxation.
The spacious kitchen features granite countertops; oak cabinetry; double apron sink with a restaurant-style faucet; stone back-splash; stainless steel appliances including a gas chef's stove, double door fridge, and built in dish-washer; and stone flooring.
Sliding doors in the dining room provide access to a wrap-around porch and sunroom overlooking the lush backyard and patio area.

The hallway and two secondary bedrooms are carpeted for coziness. The third bedroom is quite spacious, with a large closet, child's play area, and an arced window overlooking the front garden.
The second bedroom has a spacious closet, and the west-facing window allows plenty of afternoon sun to fill the room.

Upgrades look like they were done by a do it yourself . Kitchen needs a professional touch and the fireplace would be better looking if it was brick or stone not boulders.
