Namaskaram anna. Please don't worry. I can understand your pain being at 29 and rejected for sadhanapada. They receive a lot of applications(10K-15K per batch) and they have to choose 1K from them right now. Sadhguru envisioned to have close to 10K participants per batch but the current infra doesn't support it. Ofcourse efforts are being made to fulfill that. Prior volunteering experience at IYC, Coimbatore or any local center greatly boosts your prospects. If possible, you can try long term volunteering or there are so many other ways to be part of Isha being at home. Try learning any hata yoga practices, they will surely help you when you get into sadhanapada. You will definitely have an edge when you re-apply. All the best. P.S: I am a sadhanapada 2020 alumni.
Namaskaram I personally feel all the other criteria check is just a basic check. But in the interview they check whether you are spiritually ready for something. I have been practicing Shambhavi for a year now and now the way I understand and perceive is completely different from the way I used to understand previously. So practice Shambhavi everyday. Never skip it. It should become part yourself. Then you eventually start understanding things in a much different way. It's quite a journey. Trust me you will enjoy and cherish every bit of it.
I too didn't do Volunteering Inspite of completing Shambhavi 2 years ago. I did Other programs as well. I'm an introvert and I somehow feel ashamed to volunteer here in local centres as I'm afraid getting embarrassed infront of everyone..I physically work hard and definitely interested in Seva. Right in the videos they should mention this : As we receive Around 15k applications, only around 1k are selected and please do not hope you will be selected. The chances are very grim.
If I were you, I would go there nevertheless. You can go for a general volunteering and stay as long as you want. The experience would be almost same. I wouldn’t want to wait for one whole year to reapply. You can do general volunteering for a six month or longer, so there isn’t much difference. I will apply for sadhnapada next year, but I will go there nevertheless, whether I am approved or rejected. I was envious of people doing long term volunteering there, and Just today I had a strong thought that why I have been denying myself a chance to be there, ‘cos my current lifestyle isn’t going to lead me anywhere, so why keep delaying my visit to ashram? It makes no sense to me. So, wanted to share my views with you. I may even go earlier and not wait till next summer.
That's totally not true. I have done general volunteering for 5 months and sadhanapada both. There's a structure, support, monthyl meetings, guided asanas, corrections, weekly meeting, SP portal, orientation, initiations and multiple bsp, shoonya, guru pooja and many other programs which are only for sadhanapada. From experience I will say general volunteering and sadhanapada are miles apart. It might feel same on the outside but when you are completing sadhanapada you will realise both are too different things 🙏
Do other programmes. You'll really enjoy them. When I did my inner engineering there was no sadhanapada but volunteering helped me just as well. People per programme were less too, today hoardes of people come. In what you volunteer or the mode is not important if you know what I mean.

I almost hope against hope I'll be rejected when my 'shown interest' transforms into an application in november. Truth is I get a little scared at the prospect of being so intensely committed for such a long duration of time; it's like 24/7. Truth also is I lack the whole ambience-aspect in my daily surroundings to keep the level of sadhana I want to be able to keep. A third truth, even deeper and more underlying and less expressed is that it is the right thing for me to do. Go look for a mountaintop to sit on and watch the world spin round, I would jokingly have put it a handful of years ago. But I'm tired of keeping that kind of distance to the essential, so I admit to it now. Then seeing in the comment section, all that support and great advise. One could just go there and apply to whatever volunteer work is there and use the place in between. Other than the aspect of shared expectations and growth-experiences you have as part of a group all doing the same program and being taught the various processes that are essential to ashram life such as the (correctly done with correct attitude and correct everything) Guru pooja, it seems to be along the same avenue as to possibilities.

Acceptance of rejection with peace of mind is more higher stage of inner engg.Neutrality to all. That Sadguru want to teach you. You are not rejected but indirectly triggered to re eject from inner source within your ownself.God's Leela no one understand.
Watching news makes me pessimistic. Watching Sadhguru videos made me optimistic. But learning about selective application process at Isha (which seems judgemental) makes me more pessimistic now. Wasn't Isha supposed to be all inclusive?
I applied once knowin that i will be rejected because I was not able to do my practices regularly ..so I wasn't hurt at all ..and they said start your practices and re-apply ,very kind people
They must be receiving hundreds of applications all of them equally eligible. Maybe even more than they need for the foundation. So, they have to be choosy. They don't have a choice. Keep applying. Being there as a long-term volunteer is also very intensive...from my experience.

If you poor, have no money and no material posession, then you are rich spiritually, you are close to enlightenment. You don't need a spiritual guide nor teacher. If you are rich, have lots of money and all material things you can possibly want, then you are lacking spiritually. You need a guru, spiritual teacher to whom you can give all your money and other material possession. Then you will be enLIGHTENED 😄 helloooooo? Yes? Isn't it so?

Hi you forgot to give details on prices so after you do 1st stage which cost about $125 or more for isha engineering then you have to pay again for shambhavi mahamudra. IDK how much it is now but it use to be about $350 to $400 dollars. Isha foundations vlontters for lack of better words are heatless assholes with heart made of stone. Saw him up close and felt great. He is quiet tall man. Physically and Intellectually 8) Spent next 45 days in Tumkuru. In a remote Taluk called Pavagada 9) Had the opportunity to visit all 34 Gram Panchayats in Pavagada, explained them about CC, met 100s of farmers, motivated them to take up tree based agriculture, visited farm fields and much more 10) On weekends our Tumkuru team would assemble at volunteers house and trek, eat and enjoy Got back home after 45 days of intense volunteering and I don't think I would've got this experience had I been selected for Sadhanapada which was coinciding with dates. "this moment is inevitable" 🙏 I applied for 2023. I also think there are many applications and the reality is that not everyone can be accepted, and there are many worthy applicants 🙂🙏🙂
Tamarin 🙏
Namaskaram 🙏 Sadhguru shall take you in next year :) Good things take time.
@@karthikreddyvlogs6737 🙏🌷😊
Acceptance of rejection with peace of mind is more higher stage of inner engg.Neutrality to all. That Sadguru want to teach you. You are not rejected but indirectly triggered to re eject from inner source within your ownself.God's Leela no one understand.
Good luck buddy, with all that willingness and good disposition you will get accepted in future applications
Watching news makes me pessimistic.
Watching Sadhguru videos made me optimistic.
But learning about selective application process at Isha (which seems judgemental) makes me more pessimistic now.
Wasn't Isha supposed to be all inclusive?
You can always volunteer for Isha Foundation. Somethings don't get our way too given the amount of applications increasing every year
And ignorant people are also accepted who misuse their time in ashram
I applied once knowin that i will be rejected because I was not able to do my practices regularly ..so I wasn't hurt at all ..and they said start your practices and re-apply ,very kind people
Extremely kind people 🙏
Wishing you the best Anna :)
keep trying anna u will.get it
Namaskaram anna🙏 Have you applied again in 2022,2023 or not??
They must be receiving hundreds of applications all of them equally eligible. Maybe even more than they need for the foundation. So, they have to be choosy. They don't have a choice. Keep applying. Being there as a long-term volunteer is also very intensive...from my experience.
you have the right spirit keep going
Nicely spoken, unbiased manner.
All the best Anna! I wish you get selected for Sadhanapada program next time.. 🙏🏻🌼✨
Thank you akka 🙏
Namaskar 🙏
I have applied for sadhnapada 2023 but i have congenital kyphoscoliosis (spinal curvature by birth ) so will it create a problem in medical ? Help
I am rejected for 3time but iam trying every year
Please tell the programs that u have done anna🙏🏻
The more yo volunteer the more chances of getting into sadananda
Namaskaram can u tell me one thing in the process of sadhanapada application is there trail period of volunteering conducted for your time if applying to stay at ashram for 15days??? Anna please response this if possible 🙏
Namaskaram Anna,
I have currently passed my 12th
I have done inner engineering online
But not completed sadhanapada yet
What is the last month to do sambhavi for getting In sambhavi 2022?
Namaskaram Akka 🙏
Complete Inner engineering along with Shambhavi Mahamudra as soon as possible.
Then apply for Sadhanapada 2023 akka.
2022 applications for Sadhanapada are closed.
Thanks for upload. Why exactly did they reject you ❓Just lack of volunteering experience, was that it ❓ or some more. Thank you for posts 'VERY ENLIGHTENING '...many thanks from Ireland 🇮🇪
Namaskaram. Did they ask you about the covid vaccine?
Namaskaram 🙏 Yes they did 💚
@@karthikreddyvlogs6737 did you have to show them your vax card? 🙏
In or out your always free to do service at the ashram 🙏
This seems not right for me. Working poor with the vision of bliss at the end. But did ever, ever someone arrive there with that kind of program? Are we truly a machine?
Foreign people might gievn priority? I know some who get into various programs easily
Thanks for your Experience
How many days after health form was filled were you informed about your application being rejected
I guess 40 days
You are good story teller. Good for Vlogs.
Hi, thank you for your story. Do you remember when did they conduct the interview? Like in what month?
Hi K,
It was in July 2021
@@karthikreddyvlogs6737 it starts in june..so how was the interview conducted in July?
since they get too many applications, maybe they prioritise whether who really needs this transformation. idk
Yes Akanksha.. I did feel the same :)
Acept simpli it is better for your like dis dont let your maine trouble you
how do they decide who needs this transformation tho? I just got rejected and I would love to know why:(
I am unable to talk due to my tongue reconstruction surgery , can I apply ?
If yes , how will they conduct interview ?
Please guide 🙏
Pranam
Please apply online and also write an email explaining difficulty in attending the interview because of the existing problem.
They will surely help you out Prasant
All The Best 🙏

My application got accepted & even I have applied only 25 days back ...
Nice 👌 All The Best Akka 🙏
Thank you Anna.. I have done my shambhavi in aug 2021 last year I didn't get slot . I applied but some how I missed last year. This year again i have applied got selected. Please try next year again
Keep making such videos please🙏
If you poor, have no money and no material posession, then you are rich spiritually, you are close to enlightenment. You don't need a spiritual guide nor teacher.
If you are rich, have lots of money and all material things you can possibly want, then you are lacking spiritually.
You need a guru, spiritual teacher to whom you can give all your money and other material possession.
Then you will be enLIGHTENED 😄
helloooooo? Yes? Isn't it so?
Karthik Bhai, how long did it take for them to get back to you after the health assessment? I've submitted my health assessment on January 4th 2022, still no response. I'm applying as an international candidate. Please let me know. I'm very, very eager to participate. Thanks
It can take more than 45 days bhai.. main reason being : quantum of applications
I wish you all the best and hope you make it for sure 👍 🙏
@@karthikreddyvlogs6737 all the best to you too 🙏🏼
bro did you get any response?
@@parasagarwal1046 yes bro! My application has been tentatively approved. Just need to Confirm few more things then I need to arrive in India by June 5th

Anna sadanapada 2022 Registration is open
I was rejected by same reason. For sadhanapada you should complete shambhavi. And work as volunteer in isha at least 1 year.
What reason, can you tell me please?
Do u really need to be volunteer at for 1 year in isha?? Is it mandatory
It feels like yoga did not touch their heart and helping people is not part of the teaching.
Should I complete inner engineering through online only. I have completed it on offline.
It doesn't matter how you complete Sanna. You need to have completion of Shambhavi
How to join complete shambhavi?
Is it only for youngsters? not for old people? I am 56 years old like to do this.. but I haven't volunteered yet. Thanks for the information.
There are no age restrictions sir

Thank you for sharing 🙏
Even I got rejected first time then second time I got selected in 2020. But due to my mom's health I had to leave in half n come back.
Sadananda is not as easy as it looks, yo need to be focused on lot of things. It's not honeymoon period like we have in office during trainings.
Well Said! That is the whole reason why I wanted to be part of Sadhanapada.
Not to have a honeymoon period.
Good Anna being girl the only safest place I found was being in ashram. I never wanted to leave Sadanapada but unfortunately few circumstances made me come back.
Do general volunteering more Anna yo will get selected
@@NoName-uh2yn Thank you Akka :) How is your mother doing now ? Hope she is all good
@@NoName-uh2yn I did take up Cauvery Calling Volunteering akka. You can check videos on that too on my channel. 35 days of intense participation was a blessing in disguise :)

Hi Prateek. Thank you 🙏
The interview was around 45 mins. It was just two people having conversation
I also applied for sadhnapada 2021 lets c whats happen
Anna, are you from Telanagana
India doesn't realize how much of a complete treasure the Ribhu Gita is, they have so many spiritual teachers who may be great, but are still inferior to the Ribhu Gita. Just my two cents.
English me hi talking krna padta hi kay Hindi me interview Nahi hota kay
Hindi mein bhi ho sakta hai.

Kya2022 mai app ja rhe ho?
Anna is volunteering at isha for 1 year is a mandatory criteria to get selected?
No Anna. There is nothing like that. It all depends on the interview. But if you have some volunteering at your nearby centre it will be helpful to talk more on the interview
@@karthikreddyvlogs6737 actually I'm a student I'm 19 years old I completed inner engineering online I Applied this few days back and dont know anything about this do u think they're gonna accept young age people like me I'm mean we need some experience kind of stuff like that? thank you so much for ur video it gave me to not keep expectations accept the way it is😭🙏 other wise I would get Dissopinted like u brother later now I'm ok with anything but u wanna try my best thank you I really wish u get selected this time🌟 brother when did this started may I know in which year and in covid time 2020-2022 till march is it conducted ? Did you reapply for the 2022 program? I am really interested in knowing your journey after Jul 8 2021... It will be a year now :)
Hi Preeti,
Thank you for writing in
I didn't re-apply. But I did do something that gave me opportunities beyond my expectations
1) Looked up about Rally for Rivers Campaign
2) Found Cauvery Calling happening in Karnataka
3) Registered for volunteering in Cauvery Calling Campaign
4) Got a call in Aug 2021 - exactly a month later after my rejection for Sadhanapada
5) Put all my things away, took leave and left for volunteering
6) We were called to Palace Grounds Bengaluru for flag off
7) Met Sadhguru. Saw him up close and felt great. He is quiet tall man. Physically and Intellectually
8) Spent next 45 days in Tumkuru. In a remote Taluk called Pavagada
9) Had the opportunity to visit all 34 Gram Panchayats in Pavagada, explained them about CC, met 100s of farmers, motivated them to take up tree based agriculture, visited farm fields and much more
10) On weekends our Tumkuru team would assemble at volunteers house and trek, eat and enjoy
Got back home after 45 days of intense volunteering and I don't think I would've got this experience had I been selected for Sadhanapada which was coinciding with dates.
Now promoting save soil campaign.

No didn't apply yet after the first attempt. Will take some time more.
Didn't they mentioned the reason for rejection.??
No they didn't
Ashram is very exclusive. My blood pressure and heart rate was too high as im obese and i was kicked out
Really?
In a way that rejection is a good thing. God protected you from serving wrong masters
