I like small 9" x 12" or smaller watercolor blocks they can be good for traveling . I made myself a grab & go painting tote kit . It has the basics. A mechanical pencil, vanish eraser , 12" centering ruler, clip board, inktense drawing sticks, water brush,& xacto knife. Most of these items can be found at Jerry's 🎨
