You could save a lot of time and resources by having the trucks dump directly into the shredder with the excavator loading in-between 😊😊
A Inventhor Type 9 would be nice in that material 👌🏼
In the end the skid steer wants to play also
Truck dumps load of garbage on the ground. Dozer pushes it into a pile. Claw picks up a load from the pile and drops it into shredder. Shredder output puts garbage back in a pile on the ground where eventually someone has to come and scoop it up and carry it away. It seems there's a lot of wasted effort there. If the shredder was set into the ground the trucks could dump their load directly in the shredder's input tray and then pull around to the shredder's output conveyor where it could be filled up with the shredded material and take it away to wherever it goes.
Problem is systems like this always evolve over time and rarely are designed from the foundation up because the facility out lasts the equipment or evolving technology. So you have a facility designed in 1990 trying to utilize systems that didnt even exist when the cement was poured. Then toss in that many of these facilities are county or city ran by people who've never had to make a profit and will get their pensions regardless of how much waste or inefficiency there is. Just imagine the post office running this place and you'll be fairly on track!
As a truck driver that actually delivers the stuff I wanna know what they make out of this material🙃
i think: nothing. deponie.
The only good thing i can see you can use this for is incineration for electricity or hot water and heat.
And i will never understand why they dump the shredded material on the ground afterwards, so they need to move it 2-3 times more.
depends on the location, Usa loves to put it all into a landfil, but most countrie who own a bigger sorting line will filter out residual fuel, metals, recyclables and process that further
methane
Don’t the rotating cutters get clogged up with that plastic? Oh I want one of those machines for my backyard
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Now they need to move the shredded pile and burn it for heat in the winter
be careful of the plastic seen shreded
As in other shredding videos what is the purpose of 2-3 other crew members sitting/standing around doing nothing but "watching?"
That also applies in the US Navy. They have chiefs and few working sailors.
Probably photo op
Maybe PAYDAY. They have to show enthusiasm.
Куда потом измельчённый мусор? Для чего используете?
DAMN/ DAMN THING EATS EVERYTHING.
Not the rail!!
What is the use of this crush material
Hi, Taranovich1! I need to get in touch with you regarding the possibility to include one of your videos on a surf-pad in a short film scene. How can I reach you? Thank you!
Joe Smith
To bad there wasn't a use for the shredded trash......................
Cost on this?
Not much sorting going on
Efficiency and government . all it is good for is a laugh
