Great video, something i noticed is on your slow locations try to add a gift certificate from the restaurant as a big prize. you can split the cost of the prize with the restaurant as it will bring business back to them. Amount could be what 1 average meal is, you could also make it a free (certain meal) prize. might increase sales/plays. with your arcade push matching take all quarters from all machines and build up the play field. people won't play if they don't see a chance to win. also adjust prizes according to age where the machine is. If there is more adults then kids then make the prizes tuned to them, you can increase the play fee to off set the extra cost.
