I am an ACCA member and I really enjoy going back to the ACCA videos when I need to recall something. Clear, concise and professional. I think it'd worth adding what happens if an entity or KMP were a RP during some part of the reporting period, i. e. KMP left the company during the year, or a parent sold part of it and became a venturer, or a KMP who resigned 3 years ago still holds some stock options, etc. Thx for the video

Me too, I finished ACCA in Georgia and and got exemptions in 9 book from England. Now, I'm going to pass rest of books in English and repeat all early knowing information again.

Assume parent company (PC) has two subsidiaries named as S1 and S2. Can S1 and S2 are both related parties?
