"You Are Everything" is a song from the Stylistics debut album entittled "The Stylistics" released in November of 1971 on the Avco record label. It was An R&B ballad, it was the sixth track from their 1971 debut self-titled album and was released as a single in 1971 and reached number 9 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart. It also climbed to number 10 in the Billboard R&B chart and reached number 24 in the Billboard Easy Listening chart. The Stylistics' recording sold over one million copies globally, earning the band a gold disc. The award was presented by the RIAA on January 3, 1972. It was the band's first gold disc. Produced by Thom Bell and recorded at Sigma Sound Studios in Philadelphia. The album has been called "a sweet soul landmark. The album reached No.23 on the Billboard 200 and number three on the R&B albums chart. It features the hit singles "Betcha by Golly, Wow", and "You Are Everything", .
