- Here are some conversations between sets at the Off Ramp show on August 21, 1991, a day before Layne's 24th birthday.
I've changed the resolutions and tried to slightly brighten the setup. Hope you like it.
Love the conversation vidz!!! His singing voice just blows you off the stage, but his speaking voice is so sweet and polite, I could listen to him all day just talk! His constant laugh was adorable, I got to see them 3 times, first at NINE, because my parents like to rock, but the older I got, the closer to the stage I got 😉 They just burned out waaay too fast! Still make sure my neighbors enjoy AIC with me often⛓⛓⛓⛓

@@Layniacsofficial Did you ever listen to all 4 of them on rockline from 1999? It’s on here and hysterical, Layne is definitely Layne still cracking jokes! I listen to it about once per week. It’s the last time all 4 of them spoke!💔⛓⛓⛓⛓

@@Layniacsofficial lol yes and the one female caller asked the group, “what’s your best work?” And Layne busted out with “No baby, YOU TELL ME MY BEST WORK!” 😂 And the hood/corvette being messed up! He said so many things I want to hear but the others were talking over him, I think he felt frustrated, I wanted them to shut up because he was telling jokes and laughing and they muffled him 😡 But yeah you should definitely play with it, it’s just too funny not too, and I loved how sweet Layne was that he wanted to stay on and the dumb host was like “Ok Layne we’re gonna let you go and take some calls!” And he was like “Aww man!” He definitely wanted to stay and was as funnier than ever, well the parts we got to hear him speak over all the burping and him being interrupted! I loved his voice, just so soft and I’m like “This is Layne whose voice even during “Junkhead” vocals blow you off the stage with those constant crazy belts??”
Layne was definitely loved what a charismatic man😊

Thx so fkn' much! What I've always seen pure love from Layne on stage. But this beautiful and completely new recording for me only confirmed that again. So good to see this golden era! Every smile, tiny twitch - small vibrations, crazy unique headbangs, the chemistry of the band, everything... I really enjoyed it, thanks again!✌🏻&💜
