To be fair first Satine brings a pathetic pacifist rule. This made the fanatical death watch to oppose them while also committing atrocities. It's not a "retcon". Jango was adopted into the mandalorians: Vizla frames Jango and the "True Mandalorians" in the murdering of a village (women and children included) which is why the Jedi came and slaughtered all the Mandalorians besides Jango, Montross and one other: Jango was given to the governor of the planet, who then sold Jango into slavery. Even though Jango was innocent, the dishonorable crime he was attributed was heard of on planet Mandalore where they claim he was never a mandalorian(as he was born on concord dawn) and instead stated him to be a barbaric mercenary and nothing more because they wanted no connection with the barbaric account of the Village killings. Now the actual RETCON on TCW is the Clone troopers being the revenge of the Mandalorians, as originally Jango was the last Mandalorian Warrior in existence by the time of "Attack of the Clones" and his clones were both the revenge of the sith and mandalorians: this was completely undone by "The Clone wars" by still having Madalorians have armor and military, and also with the disney show "The Mandalorian" as originally the Mandalorian warriors Shock trooper super commandos were extinct, and BOTH Jango Fett and Boba Fett were known to accept jobs from clients who had acces to armor tools and accessories of Mandalorian Battle armor Because it was "from another era": this was all stated in the original Star Wars Visual Dictionaries before Disney acquisitions.

Montross is the first Star Wars character that Clancy Brown portrayed. Now he's played a total of 3 roles in the franchise.

"The money means nothing," Mr. Krabs said calmly.
I would love to see a new bounty hunter game about Jango's years as a foundling. Daniel Logan as young Jango and of course Morrison as older Jango
man, past versions of the mandalorians are bad asses , in the mandalorian show they are basically power rangers, they don't feel elite at all.
It's Disney who wrecked the franchise to appeal to a more modern audiences. Such a shame...

In s3 they throw the mandos to trash and they all become ridiculus power rangers , in S1 and S2 they feel like true mandalorians like legends
Jango didn’t give Montross a warriors death. He didn’t deserve it.
And he also left him to die, like when Montross left Jaster Mereel on Korda Six.

This is the first thing I ever heard Clancy Brown in, I associate him with Montross before Mr Krabs.
