Joey Diaz comes on the HoneyDew podcast and tells Ryan Sickler what kind of guy his stepfather was. www.yourmomshou... merchmethod.co... / yourmomshousepodcast
As many drugs as Joey has done, he has a great memory. I couldn't tell you 30 stories from my entire life in detail and all I've had are a few concussions and I smoke bud. Such a great storyteller.
That's because they're all stories he's made up and retold so many times that he's remembered them. This shit didn't actually happen, he's just capable of remembering lies. These are just bits he claims are true.
Nothing but love for Uncle Joey! If he ever gets to Sweden, and avoids jail while being here, I'll be right there offering him domestic weed and laughing my a** off.
@@Blueswailer Yeah too bad those awful socialist countries have objectively better quality of life than like 95% of countries including but not limited to your precious US

As a latino, even though it wasn't the same.for me, there are so many things I can relate to. The stories i have are insane and I'm just an average Latino. But damn, Joey's storytelling skills are another thing. Such a master. He's so aware of how funny his storytelling is because I believe he understands how absurd these stories are for other people.
Latinos in the 70's were a different beast. My dad also lived in New York during those years and it was like swimming a chaotic sea of sharks of just crazy people.
Joey’s descriptions are always so vivid, “an el dorado the size of a ship, two miles to the gallon” just these little things that make his stories so entertaining to listen to
I don't know if Joey Diaz will ever see these comments or not, but you are one he'll of a storyteller. You are one of the funniest people I have ever heard.
“LMAO They’re fisherman it’s so peaceful” Meanwhile me, an actual longshoreman, laughing at him thinking the job involves fishing or is peaceful on any level.
The weed has to be helping him remember these stories, because whenever I used to get high, memories I forgot about would be unlocked and I’d go through them all over again
When I was about 7 or 8 my mom was in the hospital. My dad took me up to see my mom. He basically snuck me up to see her. On the way out my dad was in the elevator with a guy and the guy was taking some exception to my dad bringing me up to see my mom. He told the guy to calm down, he was taking me out of the building but the guy kept going. My dad said "when the elevator opens, step off. I'll be back to get you in a minute" the doors opened and my dad nodded to me and I got off. He put his hand on the guys chest and pushed him to the back of the elevator as the doors were closing. I heard this bell ringing from the elevator. I didn't know it then but Somebody hit the emergency stop button. It rang for a a couple minutes. When the doors opened again, my dad stepped out and yelled down the hall. " Can we get a little help here? This guy took a bad fall" what I saw in that elevator changed me for the rest of my life. First, I never got in another elevator till I was a teenager! Lol when my dad told me to do something, I did it. He probably save my life that day cause whatever happened in that elevator, definitely could have killed a kid.
My Latino Dad beat up the mall Santa Claus in 1984, for putting my brother down on the floor, thinking he could walk. But my brother was a big baby for his age, so instead of walking he just fell on his face. My Dad thought Santa did it on purpose, & decked him. Crazy machismo.
Bloody hell if you don't like Ryan's laugh, don't listen. Sickler's podcast is one of the only pods that goes ever goes this deep. Him, Duncan and Theo are the only people who can get this deep.
Man every time Joey Diaz starts telling stories I AM THERE FOR IT. I’m always bummed when it’s over.
He's every man's uncle joey
Absolutely
For real I always binge his stories cuz once u get one u have to get others

Lee Syatt is lookin skinnier this episode, good for him.
Lee’s laugh is a little more obnoxious.

I'm left wanting to hear more stories about his step-dad. Epic dude who doesn't let BS slide, I need more of that in my life
Read his book theres a lot about him in that.
4:30 is that Puerto Rican Nelson?😂 LEGEND!
Was wondering the same thing.
It’s probably another Puerto Rican dude named Nelson. Nelson is a very common name for Puerto Rican Men.
I thought I was the only one who noticed that😂
Probably somebody else. Ain't no way he had a wife and daughter😂
Joey doesn't even have to tell a joke. This guy laughs hysterically at the end of any sentence.
He went to the Jimmy Fallon school of acting
Can’t hear alot of what Joey says over this dudes laugh
Very disrespectful
Because Joey could read anything and make me laugh
The only reason people watched the video was because of joey then you realise there's a strange man in the video
15:48 “these are fisherman” best line of the podcast 😂
??? You mean 8:23 ? Lmaoo 15:48 so off lol
His laugh is ear pearcing through the car speakers
Is there some kind of rule that I don't know about that to be popular as an interviewer you have to fake laugh hysterically

I’m SO Appreciative of YMH so I was introduced to sickle cell
Joey’s got a gun with a silencer from NYC. Tremendous.
I doubt it
No one tells a story like Uncle Joey.
I lost it when Ryan says so there Fisherman, but Fishing is so Peaceful 🤣
YEEEAAHI MEMBER DAT GUY!

No one commenting on Joey going “what’s your name...uh Ryan sickler”
"... where they were playing the conga drums and killing the chickens..." No one bats an eye 😆
Dude I was like WUT
I have watched this episode so many times. I still cry when Ryan says..." these are fisherman" 8:23..watch from 8:00

That with the peaceful add on sent me down to the ground 😂😂😂😂😂
his laugh after that was glorious 😂😂😂
Sickler def has one of the most contagious laughs in the game!
100% !! Sounding like Bert there. Lol
“These are fisherman.”
😂😂😂
Uncle Joey always keeps it 💯!!
Juan flipped through a wad of 100's and 50's to hand a 40 year old man a $10?🤣🤣🤣 Great story!
Why dude gotta laugh so hard so much
It’s part of acting he doesn’t care but needs to output that gay laugh so he competes with joeys simple savage energy

Threat of rape is a hell of a deterrent!!
this from men who supposedly won't step foot in a room with a gay man no less.
Real manly. 🙄
Joey the uncle you always wanted.
More like the uncle you never wanted or asked for but you get stuck with and end forming a tight ass bond with
Juan sounded like he cared about joey .
Joey wearing a santurce shirt one time for p.r.
I'm sat trying to tell what it says, what is santurce? xD
We love you, Uncle Joey!
CRACKLE CRACKLE
UNCLE JOEEEEEEY!!!! Joey diaz is everybody’s uncle , every family got a Joey diaz type of dude 😂
TREMENDOUS
He is the best story teller there is. His memory of details whether or not accurate seems crazy
The streets and dates are what get me
Joey talking over the intro music sounded like the opening scene of "The Saints of Newark"
Kid: “I wanna hear Bert laugh”
Mom: “we have Bert’s laugh at home”
*Berts laugh at home*
Joey Diaz seems like an exciting person to hang out with
All these stories got me crushing on his stepdad lmao
Juan Punch Man
A longshoreman is NOT a fisherman.
This guy wirh that laugh 😅😂😄🤦♂️
This video should have millions of views
Facts!!!! My pops and all my uncles were Abakuas
Did they ever tell you stuff about it? And did you ever encounter they getting their dick sucked by men?
Always love hearing Joey’s stories.-But this guys laugh is killing fuckin’ killin’ me!-And 8:30 says Joey agrees with me. lol
A whole new respect for how they handle dog abusers.

This whole conversation takes you through every human emotion possible 😅
Yo how tf does Joey remember anything? The guy gets high enough for a whole city everyday
Gawd, I miss the 70s and 80s so much. Truly magical times
I love Uncle Joey. I hope he has his own cuban American sitcom. A cartoon series would be awesome crazy! 😂
Sticklers laugh gets on my tits only put up with it to listen to Joey
"These are fishermen" lmaooo
