11. APM PFQ - Quality Management

This video is the slightly odd world of Quality Management for APM.
There's plenty of "normal" quality type steps here, but some slightly unorthodox language use and complexity that is not always required in real-world projects.

Thank you. Although I'd strongly urge you to use the APM Study Guide and other resources if you're prepping for the PMQ - it's a real tough beast. Definitely do their practice paper, and get used to how they ask questions! They can be sneaky.

@@capriciouslearning I bought bought the study guide and BOK 7. I watch UA-cam videos to get a simpler approach. Do you have a link to past questions? If you can help with this, I will be grateful. I look forward to more on this APM module.
