Because of its low recoil I think people see the m13b as newbie friendly, but since it's a mid to long range gun that derives its TTK mostly from its high ROF, its per bullet damage being fairly nerf-like, it means that a steady hand is particularly important. Without that you're just going to get a million hit markers.

Been using the M13B in Warzone since the Verdansk days, I'm glad it's finally getting some recognition for a solid gun. Gotta love the high rate of fire. Just be glad you can put a 60 round mag on it
That's why it has a low damage per bullet.
Very small glint - disappears at 60m
Small glint disappears at 100m
Medium glint disappears at 150m
Large and Extra Large never disappear...

That was some Iron like gaming from you Westie! 🎯 Btw im quite sure high alert is activated by just watching to enemy players direction... Thats why i think high alert is op perk. I think during Verdansk times HA was activated when enemy player did ads your direction. And also cold blooded perk is definately not working atm... It is supposed to make enemy not getting alert?? I ran over the hill and right when i saw enemyplayer he was looking other direction but turned around and sniped me.

I have also recently started using the M13B, but with 2.5x optics. It is also possible to replace the heavy support grip with high grain ammunition, then the thing feels really good.
Have you ever considered choosing Cold Blooded as a perk instead of Resupply when playing sniper? This negates the opponent's High Alert and you can aim at them in comfort.
There are also hidden optics that can be unlocked using armory unlocks. However, these are not automatically selected in the armory unlock, but you have to click/select them specifically. I don't know if you've already done this - just scroll all the way to the right in the options and select them. I think there is a good optic for the KATT.

You know I’m really liking how SHG balances their guns so far albeit they just stealth buffed the Lockwood but it’s nice to see they got some mw2 weapons having a good fit in the meta game
Really don’t understand why they gave the XRK slightly better damage than the KAT AMR in the weapons menu even though it actually doesn’t have better damage in-game. Weird

I tried this build, but used the DR-6 Handstop grip instead. I think it's better; you move and aim down sight faster and the kick/recoil is the same or similar

The DR-6 handstop doesnt change any recoil control at all. All it does is increase mobility and handline eg ADS speed andSprint to fire speed. The Heeavy Bruen grips all about knocking out that hortizontal recoil.

I’m surprised the MCW is so bad compared to the M13b. I could see them nerfing the M13 and buffing the MCW so they basically swap places in the damage profile list.
Right? I adore the MCW in multiplayer, but it's just no good here.
MCW was so disappointing after using it in mulitplayer.

Havent stopped using it. But I noticed its not an XP gun, so switching back and forth
Try this M13B build: Harbinger D20, 14 Bruen Echelon, F-TAC Reaper 56, 60 round mag and Luca Bandera or Variable Zoom scope with the best recoil control sensitivity.

@@Westie Me too M&K, another reason I follow you, StoneMountain64, Iron, and Icemanisaac. Mouse and Keyboard players, although Ice does more controller since WZ2 and WZ3 as controller has such an advantage.
I mean I see what you are saying about the m13b being op but I wouldn't use it because as I saw you shooting there was just to much whiteness blocking the enemy and it was very hard to see them so Idk if I'll be using it.

I've been using the m13 since launch as I refuse to pay £70 for regurgitated maps and content. Avid 50yr old gamer and agree the m13 destroys. Keep up the great content🤟

You missed some amazing content
Each game of DMZ can turn into a wild thrilling Michael Bay scene that could never be replicated through boring WZ games where each engagement is the same.
M13b overall is a solid gun. But I don’t like the fact that you have to put a long range barrel just for it to be powerful and accurate. But ttk I’d say is average and bullet velocity is also nice but sometimes it goes off when long range.
With certain attachments, the recoil would be a circle which would make it unable to kill people outside of the multiplayer.
That’s why you use what I put at the end, it’s the best loadout 😎
