- I bought a tool pallet off Facebook marketplace. It was meant to have milwaukee DeWalt and more inside. We all knew this was a scam but what did we actually receive?

I would've rather got nothing and claimed a lost package than get that crap. But that's why they send 'something' so they can legally say they sent you something. Trust me, there's many rackets online. Everyone is always out to take advantage of you. I only like buying with trusted sellers anymore because of that. Nice pallet btw 🤣 You definitely got me.

I bought one a few years ago and literally got sent a tiny box like you but mine just had a necklace bead in it n that was all, luckily I took pictures and got all my money back!

This is nearly the exact same disappointment I had from buying a Dewalt pallet, except my box literally had plastic tools in it. Immediate chargeback.

It looks like some wholesaler threw a bunch of his low sellers into a box and got them out of his inventory and didn’t loose money on the deal.
Sending it on an actual wooden pallet is how they get away with taking your money.

@@AddictedtoTools I've seen it done before! Someone advertised a toolkit with "100 pcs", turned out it was a hammer, spanner, driver and 97 random bits, some of which didn't even fit the driver 😂

OMG you received a lot more than we did. Yes yes my dumb a$$ husband ordered not one but TWO Monster Pallets from different sites. We got a 2 x 4.75 x 5.5 inch “lucky box”, with not even $3.00 worth of cheap Dollar Store trinkets. With the 100% Satisfaction quarantine - No Questions Asked we received a full refund but the other site only offered a 10% refund and we have to pay $20.00 to ship this lucky box back to China. When we questioned both sites about the great reviews from ONLY people from China and not Canada, UK or USA, they then changed the information to towns/cities/states/provinces that do not exist. Don’t know how they can get away with this scam but they seem to be proud of what they do.

Yeah it’s a gambling scheme. Technically someone out there gets good tools, but it’s MOSTLY crap like that. You pay to enter a chance to win a good tool, knowing you’ll likely get rubbish.
Have you seen Resale Rabbits channel and the pallets he gets? Some decent gear in those ones. Worth thousands to buy though

As someone from Yakima the name is based on the Yakama tribe from the area and is pronounced similarly. More of a Yak-Uh-ma sound rather than a Yak-EE-ma sound.
