Men were given the right to vote because: 1) Draft/war, 2) civic duty - often had to risk their lives before jobs were created for it (policing, fire/emergency, etc.) and they still do even though women have all the opportunity but never choose to, and 3) "Women and children first" men died in dire situations. And women? Just give them the right to vote without 1-3... Just give it to em'. They're just entitled... And there ya go. Women were given the right to vote before WW2... why the hell weren't they on the boats? One of the dumbest things American politicians did then and still today is just give people stuff. It creates a sense of entitlement and discourages work ethic... and that's exactly why America is in a horrible economic state at the moment.

I have my ex's numbers still, we didn't break up under bad circumstances, there is no emotional hate there. We used to message each other for our birthdays and that was it, but that stopped a few years ago so it's been years since the numbers have been used. I have my ex's numbers still, we didn't break up under bad circumstances, there is no emotional hate there. We used to message each other for our birthdays and that was it, but that stopped a few years ago so it's been years since the numbers have been used. There is nothing evil sometimes about somebody having their ex's number, but certainly sometimes there is. I guess you have to do your own Dick Tracy work and find out which way it leans if your partner has their ex's number. I'm 41 now, and I have seen to many relationships where the girlfriend or boyfriend controls the partners freedom to hangout with others, especially to opposite sex to such a high degree that it screams insecurity. My logic was always if they are going to cheat, they are going to cheat, nothing you do short of locking them in a cage is going to stop that, so your best defence for it to not happen is not to be a controlling arsehole, unless that's exactly what she want's of course, but most women are like most men and want the freedom to make their own decisions.

Possibly, but these questions are asked to establish foundation in legal proceedings which is what was going on there. In the legal world, think of it as no facts or information are known until established which is why we see these lines of leading questions with obvious answers. It's like a meta game where we ourselves may be wholly aware of the answers to these questions, but the court/hearing/legal procedure does not which is why it needs to be explicitly asked and entered into record.
